So I think overall Adirondack Orthodontist is an awesome place to get braces ! When I went to get braces for the first time the employee's were so nice , they talked slowly for me to understand the process . I've had my braces for about 2 months . I just got them tightened and I know it is going to be painful but I appreciate this place sooo much . They are very organized , the supplies aren't messed up , I love the color choices for braces and I 5 star recommend . Go check out this place for great results !!! Stay healthy and strong

Adirondack Orthodontics has always been good to me and my family throughout my treatment there. I recently got my braces off and they made sure the process was smooth and easy along with making sure I was ok in the process. I will be back in 4 months to check in and can't wait till then.

These are great people. So patient. My kid has broken her braces many times and they fix it without question. They offer many ways to pay and a significant discount if you pay cash. Welll Done guys Well Done.

My son is having his braces implant in process since last 6+ months. So far, overall work and services seems to be satisfactory. Although, the most concerning problem we are facing is to connect with their offices for taking appointment for any urgent/emergency fixes/guidance. Whenever you call, It always goes on VM with a reason of COVID which I believe is kind of in passing phase now. It would surely add more STARs and value add in term of customer support for any business especially in health domain when they have better reach for patient in urgent (if not emergency) need.
