For today's appointment I couldn't locate the office the sign is hidden under a bush so I called repeatedly with no answer when I found them I attempted to ring the locked office entrance and finally was buzzed in after knocking on the door. The attractive but flustered receptionist quickly became upset with my questions as to what was going on. She had me sign paperwork and told me they would be giving me aspirin with a narcotic. I wanted to know what the narcotic was and she revealed oxycodone and then said I was being rude to her. After 15 minutes a pudgy kid emerged from the office and said he wanted to speak with me in the hallway and told me he was Doctor Lynch and then stated that he was refusing service because I was rude to the receptionist. This appeared to be the one procedure he had performed on a daily basis with his patients. Relieved, I reminded him that they did not answer the phone, the door and concealed the fact that they were giving me oxycodone. Think about going elsewhere....I am.

My dentist referred me here to get my wisdom teeth removed. I went in person to drop off x-rays and set up an appointment. The receptionist took my x-rays and told me they don't make appointments in person, they have a call center that handles appointments. 4 months later I still haven't received that call and they still have my x-rays so I can't go anywhere else. I have never in my life encountered a business that was so opposed to being a business. Avoid at all costs. UPDATE: 4 years later I get referred to them again, have to physically drop off the referral in person then wait for them to call me to set up an appointment (during the call I was still asked if I had a referral) and told that they had to double check my insurance to see if they accepted it. So I email them a picture of my insurance card, wait for another phone call, at which point they tell me everything is good and schedule me a consultation 3 weeks out. Fast forward to the week before the consultation and they call me to say that my insurance is not in fact accepted and that I will have to pay out of pocket. So I've now had an infected tooth in my mouth for over a month while and have gotten nowhere and must now start over somewhere else. Adirondack Oral are COMPLETE AMATEURS at delivering care not once did they ever apologize for wasting my time in either of the times I have been forced to deal with them. I sincerely wish I could leave negative stars in my rating.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and I must say that even though this is an unpleasant experience this office made sure she received the best possible care. All of our needs were met and our special requests in a timely fashion and with a pleasant attitude. Thank you to the surgical staff and receptionists, you guys make a great team!! I would highly recommend this office.

Went here back in April for an emergency wisdom teeth extraction. While the surgery went well and everything healed up nicely. The fact that it took them 3 months to get my money back from them and took my insurance company threatening them to finally get my money back is upsetting. They made me PAY BEFORE SURGERY and charged me instead of billing my insurance company. When I called the next time they said my insurance company didn't cover the procedure. IT DID. I called again, still didn't bill my insurance. Three calls later they finally billed it, but they filed my procedure with unlisted codes so another 15 days later my insurance company had to ask for the proper codes. They refused to provide them so my insurance company did so themselves. They said I'd get my money back. 2 weeks pass no bill in the mail. I charge into the office and ask when I will receive it. They conveniently said "it was mailed out today should receive in a week" 2 weeks pas no check so I call my insurance company and they call up the office. 2 days later finally received my check, the date the check was made was for 4 days prior to getting it in the mail. Meaning they lied about sending the first one. I wonder if I ever would have gotten it back if they weren't threatened by my insurance company. Didn't think I'd have to be the one pulling teeth to get my money back.

The worst staff I've ever encountered at a dental office. I came in with a referral from my dentist for emergency extraction of 10 teeth including my wisdom teeth my ID was stolen and didn't have a photo Id they told me they wouldn't even see me do to "insurance fraud" they were sooo rude the bigger lady behind the desk was the worst! Seriously I've met nice people at the dmv!

I have never seen such incompetence in a so called professional office. If been begging the office on many occasions for seven months to provide me or insurance company with a narrative from surgeon which insurance needs. They have not. I had to pay out of pocket. My dentist has been asking them for a scan to plan for next surgery which they keep saying they will send. They did not. I had to go find another surgeon to take over. They made my life hell and would not recommend to my worst enemy

Talk about a terrible follow up experience with my wife this morning. The nurse forced the syringe into her gum and used mouthwash instead of warm water. It states by instructions to rinse the area with warm water a few days after surgery. This nurse did the procedure improperly and continued pushing it in her mouth even after my wife asked her to stop. This is very unprofessional of a dental office to do

Well.... I went to this practice for the first time being all nervous and really bad anxiety! I had 4 teeth removed by Timothy lynch he's such an amazing man very kind funny and just an awesome person. He talked to me about everything I was having done and I was sedated. I woke up in barley any pain and really no pain today at all!!! I would recommend this practice to all my friends and family.. staff is great.. I had a question I left a message they called me back within 15 mins. I had a bad experience before this and by far is this the best practice to have any work done!!!!

Very happy with the level of professionalism the entire office provided. I also had a lot anxiety about having teeth removed but I felt a level of calmness when both the staff and the surgeon expressed genuine care about my procedure. My recovery has been better than I anticipated. -Bob Olden

There's no phone option for post surgical assistance, only billing or make an appointment. 4 hours after surgery still have no prescription for pain management. But worse, no way to get assistance, what if it were an emergency? poor post surgical care.
