I had a troubling upper molar extracted last week. Dr. Lassetter and his team were professional, caring, and painless. Yes, I said painless. Even the recovery was relatively painless, which was quite surprising. The facilities are clean, the admin staff are competent AND I got a follow-up call to see how I was faring. Yes, I said that too. Now a days, only a veterinarian calls to see how the animal is doing! Bravo.

Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. The staff here is so upbeat and friendly! I was so anxious and they made me super relaxed and at ease. I was in and out in under an hour! I received a follow up phone call today to check on me. I couldn't have been happier with their service!

They saw me next day for an extraction. Everyone excellent. I used I.V. sedation. No trouble at all not even the needle. Did not feel it at all. I'm moderately phobic and if yr that, I would recommend this place. I used Dr. Lassiter....excellent, explained stuff, not rushed. The staff found my insurance fast n NO trouble there. Best dental experience ever. Update 5 years later: They won't see my without a referral. Felt like hitting a good defensive line when I called for an appointment. I guess the whole world is unfriendlier now. I had to go to Aspen for the extraction.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at 22, Dr. Lassetter and his team were so helpful, informative, and kind! The office staff is extremely pleasant and helpful as well. I was nervous to begin with and then he told me the nerves were touching my wisdom teeth and it could cause pins and needles in my lips for a few months. I was scared of this but he did an amazing job and I have been recovering great (On day 5 while writing this). The pain has been bearable with Tylenol and no dry socket issues :) thanks so much!

I was at the Clifton Park office. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I was in and out within 45 minutes for an extraction. The office staff was very polite and compassionate. Very efficient. Dr. Gelfman was wonderful. I did not have sedation and he made sure I had enough local to not feel pain. I didn't even realize he had it out he did it so fast. He was kind and explained everything. I would suggest him and this office to anyone. Special thanks to Stephanie livreri. You are awesome

Easy to find on google maps . About a 2 1/2 week wait before my appointment. The Receptionist was pleasant and made sign in easy. I filled out papers and waited for about 10 minutes , 3 other people before me . I had a broken tooth to be pulled .ExRays were first and done quickly. Everything was explained by the assistant thoroughly before the Dr came in. Payment made in the room easily done . The talk , numbing, pulling , all went better than I expected! Thank you Dr, one and all ! I was out in 2 hours! All in all , if I have to do it ever again, this is where I will go again.

I have been to a lot of places that have pulled teeth, but nothing compared to this place. I got my first intial appointment within 1 week, which was shocking with all the Covid. Then I came back 2 weeks later to have two teeth pulled. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The dentist was quick in pulling my teeth out, even though my roots gave him a challenge. He made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The office staff was amazing and I can't tell you enough that they have such an amazing bed side manner along with professionalism. They let my finance come in the beginning to help me with my paperwork. I am a very pleased patient and I would most definitely recommend this place to go for any tooth or teeth that have to be pulled. Thank you to all.

Wow my 2nd appointment with Dr Gelfman. This time was to have 2 teeth extracted and was nervous just like last time. Again the doctor was amazing as was his fantastic staff. I felt nothing both upper teeth out and sewed up in less than 15 minutes. I was there for less than 30 minutes and left feeling great and after everything wore off no pain, no issues at all. I know people are sensitive to dentist's but for me this place and Dr Gelfman are terrific and I will never go elsewhere !! Thanks Adirondack and Dr Gelfman great job.

I have gone here 3 times, and maybe more in the future. My experience was very very nice, definitely funny at times, and I felt very relaxed to have the extensive work on my teeth. I would definitely recommend Dr Lassiter and his "sidekicks" lol, YOU ALL ARE GREAT! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I very strongly recommend avoiding these guys. First, when I was there 5-6 years ago, when they were booking 6-8 weeks out, I was told my wisdom tooth could not be removed. Then when I went back when business is slow because of Covid it's, 'how about tomorrow?' Then, Dr. Gelfman must have stepped on my face and used a hatchet to get my wisdom tooth out because the inside of my cheek is shredded. When called to get my ibuprofen script refilled I was told I had to be seen. That was so I could receive my lecture about getting enough protein. Okay, so let's top it off by telling me I need to take ibuprofen for 10-12 days, while the originally prescribe enough for 5-6 days. I guess oral surgery training is strong on farm implements and protein powder and weak on math. Really? Do yourself a favor, find someone else.

They are terrible. I have been trying to make an appointment with them for three months. Every time they want something new. First they asked for referral from my dentist, then they asked me to get a letter from my dentist and my family physician that why do I need implants not other options. My dentist said this is not the way it works. If insurance doesn't accept it, then we will appeal . I told them I want to remove my tooth without insurance, they said you have to get a new referral. They are crazy. They don't make any appointment and keep playing with you. Finally I got an appointment with other doctors in seconds.

Had to have multiple teeth removed after a car accident. I had Dr. Lassetter, he was extremely informative on how the procedure would go, very friendly and compassionate. Pre op team was very nice! I guess if I could take points away for my experience it would be with the post op team, they were not friendly at all. Had the average pain and swelling, nothing crazy at all. Only used the pain meds the first 24 hours. Would highly recommend this Dr. to anyone.

My daughter had her 2 bottom wisdom teeth removed a few weeks ago. She was super nervous and Dr. Lassetter and his team made her feel comfortable and less fearful right away. He and his team were so kind and calming. She had a problem with pain 3 days after the surgery. I called the office and they had her come in right away. They taught her how to keep the sockets clean to keep her pain free. I recommend them highly.

I was treated nicely by everyone at the Clifton Park location. I liked my doctor who explained the procedure very clearly on the first visit such that I had no questions on the second visit. Polite caring staff.

This doctor was THE ABSOLUTE WORST "DENTIST' I have EVER been to. To the people looking to make an appointment here, please do YOURSELF a favor and do NOT waste your time. The staff was SO incredibly RUDE. I can gladly say I will NEVER return here ever again. I urge you, please do NOT come to this place. If I were able to, I'd rate Adirondack Oral Surgery in Clifton Park a ZERO!!!!!!!!! AVOID DR. GELFMAN AT ALL COSTS, he is beyond rude.

They called me three times a day before surgery to confirm it. In the day of surgery I was sitting on the dentist chair with open mouth, the nurse forced me to sign and initiate several things. She didn't show me what I was signing on the board and even she didn't explain. After couple minutes she came to me and asked my credit card to charge it. I was really surprised that she charged me before surgery. It is very irrespective to a customer.
