Dr. Lyons (Will, as he told me) and his staff are phenomenal at patient care and chairside manner. The do everything to ensure your comfort and to ensure you understand the procedure you are going through. Numerous times during my procedure he and his assistant asked if I were OK or needed anything. If you need an endodontist, he should be your choice!!

Dr Lyons is a dang magician! I honestly wish I could go to him for all of my dental needs. He was so calm and caring and his staff were all amazing!!! I wish there were more stars to hand out!!!

10/10 Would recommend this Dentist I had a horrible experience with another office to the point of I had to take sedation because I was so nervous. Not only was the dentist and his team wonderful and made me feel very Comfortable but I also turned out not needing a root canal done in the first place. Even if I do end up needing one in the future I will take the 2 Hour Drive because confident in their abilities and I do not believe I would need sedation because of how at ease they made me feel

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! All of these great reviews are true. I am a fairly nervous dental patient and felt nothing short of completely at ease once Dr. Lyons began helping me. He is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I'll be recommending this office to everyone I know.

I've had bad experiences with dental work and providers just not caring about the patients comfort, so I was pretty nervous when I was told I'd need a root canal. I was referred here and while it took a month to get in it was WELL worth the the wait. I pre dosed with anti anxiety meds and I can promise I do not need them next time! Dr Lyons is very compassionate and empathetic when it comes to making sure his patients are comfortable and aware of what's going on. Every couple minutes I was asked if I was ok. It provides a sense of comfort knowing they're not just focused on getting the job done and over with. Only discomfort was a quick 2 second pinch of Novocain shots, and this was after I said "I don't care if I'm numb for 2 days I don't want to feel a thing". 10/10 recommend seeing him. Even the anxious ones!

Dr Lyons and his staff are very professional. The office is very clean comfortable and modern. Dr Lyons kept me informed during every step of the root canal procedure. It was quick and pain free I would definitely recommend them.

Very professional, kind and friendly. I needed a root canal and had no idea what to expect. Didn't feel a thing and it was no big deal due to Dr Lyons and his staff. Would highly recommend!

Dr Lyons and his staff were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and made my root canal repair a breeze I will not hesitate to utilize their expertise and highly recommend them to anyone

After having root canal done 2 times on the same tooth, (at Precision Periodontitis-Clifton Park) just pure luck got me to this office. My experience was nothing but wonderful. The whole office had positive vibe to it..Dr. was able to pin pint to one untouched canal. He fixed it right away. He was so nice and caring i almost wanted to cry..Numbing process i did not fell at all. Staff was excellent. Office was under Covid 19 regulations, even pens were sterile..i don't have enough words to express my thanks to those people..i can just hope that life brings then all the best, they really deserve it..Thanks from the bottom of my heart..

I was referred to Dr Lyons by my dentist. Well worth the trip from Albany to Queensbury. He did an excellent job on my root canal and made me feel extremely comfortable during the procedure. He is highly personable and explained the procedure, why it needed to be done and what I could expect. During the procedure he continuously checked with me to see if was feeling any discomfort or pain. His assistant was also very helpful and did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable.
