I love Dr. Mack and the crew! When I call to make appts its like talking to friends(Hi Amber!). Dr. Mack doesn't sugarcoat or BS me- just how I like it! Not bad on pricing either, or either my insurance picks up a lot.

I am a new patient with Dr.Mac. My first visit was great. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I'm so glad that I felt heard as a patient and he took he time to explain to me what was going on and set up a dental plan. I cannot express how wonderful my experience was I am so blessed to finally have a dentist that I can trust.

I am an employee of Adel Dental Associates. I can assure you when you step foot in our office you are in the best hands. Dr. McCartney, or also known as Dr. Mac, is the best in the dental field. He not only cares about you as his patient but more importantly, as a person.

Charges exorbitant fees, if you use medicaid or work around budgeting, you are out of luck here; often ignores patients concerns and chooses more expensive options and unnecessary procedures to gather money rather than patient satisfaction. At least the staff and assistants are nice and gentle, but I am never coming here again after 4 years of sub-par tooth work that other dentists have had to correct.

I can't say enough about this dentist office!! The compassion & professionalism is beyond believe!! When I call I feel like family! When I walk into the office I feel like family! If you're looking for a very great, friendly, & non judgmental dentist this is the place to go!! Mel & Jamie are fantastic! Dr. Mac is pretty awesome also!! Christina Hasty

I came in for a special deal they were running a few years ago. I was told I had 4 cavities that all needed to be fixed and it would be $800. I'd never had a cavity my entire life so I was skeptical and did nothing about it. Followed up later with my hometown dentist who found these four spots but said they were in the outer layer of the tooth which did not require filling in his opinion. This layer can actually heal itself or stay the same for years without any work. That was a few years ago and these spots are still fine. Can't believe I would've paid $800 and had 4 fillings that weren't necessary had I not gone somewhere else!

i was satisfied with the professional courtesy and inviting atmosphere, as well as the work that was done on me. Dr Mac and staff exceeded my expections. they have successfully gave me the smile i wanted to achieve. i recommend them to any one who wants to make their smile achieve maxium potential or just for routine checks
