Dr. Primal Singh was born in Visalia, CA, and grew up on a raisin farm in Fresno, California. Although growing up on a farm was peaceful, Dr. Singh needed a change of scenery. She decided to attend UC San Diego for college. However, the year-round flip-flop weather in San Diego did not keep her there. After earning her B.S, she went back to Fresno for one year to teach as a high school science teacher.
Teaching was rewarding for Dr. Singh, but she still desired to go to dental school. She was intrigued with using a technical skill to relieve people of pain, discomfort, or enhance a smile. She then attended Western University of Health Sciences and obtained her DMD in 2013. Her next adventure led her to the Midwest to attend a hospital-based residency at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.
Dr. Singh met her husband Paul while living in Chicago, who was born and bred in Detroit, MI. She was forced to say Go Blue. From there the couple married and moved to NYC. After one year, Dr. Singh started to miss a car and did not care for the snow too much. The couple decided to make Dallas, Texas home since the city is between California and Michigan. They have two daughters Jaya and Maeva Singh.
Dr. Singh is very meticulous about details and is an organizational freak. Her second career would be a wanna-be Marie Kondo. This characteristic has helped her in dentistry as she is very prideful of her craft and cares deeply to make her patients happy with her attention to detail. Therefore, she understands that its important to always grow and keep learning. She attends numerous continuing dental education courses and stays current with the latest techniques and technology to best serve her patients. Dr. Singh looks forward to meeting you and your family.

I had a great experience at Addison Grove Dental yesterday. From the moment I walked in, the team was so friendly. Brenda was nice and accommodating during my x-rays and cleaning. Dr. Singh was very detailed in my concerns and treatment plan moving forward and did the cleaning herself. She was so personable and warm, which is so important when it comes to dentistry. They have a great package for annual cleanings/x-rays/discounts which made things very affordable. Thanks to the entire practice for such a nice experience!

Before I found Addison Grove Dental, I visited several dentists trying to find a dentist I could trust and visit long term. I can confidently say that Dr. Singh and her staff are top notch! I used to dread cleanings because they were painful but I know going into my appointments here that I will be taken care of with gentle hands. From the second you walk in, everyone you encounter is so kind and professional. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment here as well and I am beyond happy with the results. The entire process was so easy and Dr. Singh was always transparent with me during the process. I'm happy that I've found a wonderful dentist with an incredible staff. You could not ask for more!

ABSOLUTE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!! My name is Mariela and I am beyond grateful with Addison Grove Dental. I have had my X-rays, cleaning, wisdom teeth extracted and bone grafting and every experience has exceeded my expectations. I wish I could give this dental practice more stars because honestly, I've never before have felt so comfortable visiting the dentist. The practice is filled with super nice and welcoming individuals. Starting with reception. Those ladies are so super sweet!! :) Diana , the hygienist is super knowledgeable, caring and goes above and beyond. I can truly see her passion for what she does. Thank you Diana for always keeping my teeth feeling sparkly clean. :D Dr. Primal Singh is a true professional. She is super dedicated and caring for her patients. She answered all the questions I had regarding my X-rays and treatment. Both her and Dr. David Wong worked together to come up with the best treatment plan for my wisdom teeth removal surgery, and bone grafting. I had postponed this surgery for many years because I hadn't found the place nor the professionals with who I felt comfortable enough to have this procedure done. what a great experience! the entire team was very helpful and kind given that the patient was nervous and needed a little extra tlc. the staff was welcoming with a big smile, and the hygienist was terrific. I would highly recommend Dr Singh and her team!

Cavities, Crowns, Invisalign, Dr. Singh does it all! Additionally cleaning services here are great here too. If you're afraid of the dentist (like I am), just let the staff know and they'll go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable.

I came in with an emergency tooth infection that another dentist office couldn't treat and the people here were great, they were very patient with me and explained everything about the procedure and aftercare, Dr. Singh was very efficient but still made sure I was comfortable, would recommend to anyone

Easy check-in process, friendly receptionist and very clean office. The entire X-ray and imaging staff were quick and informative; they are so good at what they do! The dentist was so nice and answered all my questions. The dental hygienist did a great job and was very thorough! Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dentist!

I was a first time patient going in after years of not being to the dentist.. initially I was scared, and realized that Dr. Singh and her staff were so gentle that I was able to fully relax! I even fell asleep for a few quick minutes!!

I've been coming here for a little less than a year now. Dr Singh has been a huge help with fixing my teeth. We quickly addressed my issues and she took the time to really speak with others and Invisalign to make sure it was a good fit before we proceed. The office staff is always kind and quick. I love that this is a smaller office and they don't over book. Appointment is at 2 you will be seen at 2. If anything comes up they let you know in advance. I'm pleased with the services I have received!

My Dentist of 20+ years, retired and sold his patient list to a new dentist. I figure if I'm getting a new dentist, they might as well be someone I picked and not someone forced on me. I had my first appointment with the ladies of Addison Grove Dental on Wednesday morning. The moment I got there I knew this was going to be a great experience. The receptionist was welcoming and checking in was a breeze. All 3 ladies (assistant, hygienist, and dentist) were fun, funny, warm, and really listened to my concerns. The space was immaculate and tastefully appointed and I can't wait for my next cleaning in 6 months!
