I've always have had anxiety when it comes to anything dental related. So it took me a while to bring myself to even make an appointment, but that's when I found Addison Family Dentistry. Walking in I felt a warm welcome from the front desk, both Christi and Angela were very helpful. When it came to the cleaning Crystal was AMAZING! She made me feel so comfortable and was extremely gentle. The dentist was also great and really tied together the entire experience for me. They truly made me feel like I was with family. I would recommend anyone I know to come here and I for sure have found my forever dental home.

My husband first came here and didn't have any issues so I was excited to find a dentist close that could work with my entire family. When I went for my appointment it started off ok but when it came to the treatment plan and the cost, I asked to let me have a couple minute to discuss with my husband so I could make sure it was ok to go ahead and get started. The lady who handled that was rude and was rushing me to make a decision for treatment. She kept looking at someone behind her when I told her to give me a minute and ok it with my husband. She made a comment saying they had another appointment and something about rescheduling depending on how long I took. I took less then 5 minutes to get the ok. I understand there are other appointments but rushing me while I am getting the ok is not ok, and the entire demeanor/attitude in general. It was like she was addressing me and whoever she was talking to behind me. It was very uncomfortable and my husband even called later on to address this exact issue. To where she apologized to him saying she didn't mean to come off like that but there was another appointment. Ok? Well we are doing my appointment right now. That I went out of my way to book based on the positive experience my husband had. The hygienist is the only person I actually felt comfortable with and she was very nice and explained things. So the two stars is for her. We found another dentist in the area that is more suitable for our family and all three of us will not be returning back to this clinic.

Another great visit to Addison Family Dentistry!!! This visit, Crystal was my hygienist, and she was AMAZING! My teeth were so smooth and felt so clean when she was done. She was quick and thorough and made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning! Dr. Sara has the best bed side manner and always explains what she is doing and if I need any further procedures she always discusses them with me prior to making any decisions. Addison Family Dentistry is one of the best dental offices I've been to. I recently had to find a new dentist and Dr. De Vincenzo took the time to answer my questions and made me comfortable from the moment I met him. He and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend Dr. De Vincenzo to anyone who is in search for a new dentist!

Told me I needed a root canal and multiple fillings. Wouldn't perform a cleaning on me both times I went. Visited a new dentist yesterday and I don't need a root canal, I need 1 filling. RUN!

Yesterday 12/1/21 I got an extraction (tooth removed). And to say the least my experience was easy/fast and comfortable. I have experienced both doctors Husband and Wife and both very humble and sincere. My entire family has been seen and let me just say.... My son 4yr old can not wait to go see his hygienist again!!! By the way, the staff is so sweet. Angelica always calling me to confirm making sure we are okay with our appointments. All the way to the treatment coordinator -she is so sweet and understanding. And the Assistants A+ in my book! Every time i was seen before my extraction. We talked like we knew each other from years. 101% recommended!! Thank you for making us feel at home.

I have found my forever dental office!!!! I'll be honest... I scheduled my boyfriend's appointment first just for him to check it out and he was amazed. I then quickly scheduled my appointment. Let me tell you; from the greeting at the door to the end of the appointment the staff, the hygienist and Dr Adrian, it was all an excellent experience! They go above and beyond to make your dental experience comfortable, affordable and they'll treat you like family. Very friendly and kind. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and have each treatment option explained so I could choose. I am happy here and highly recommend for everyone and anyone with fears of dentists or bad experiences! Thank you Dr Adrian and Addison Family Dentistry for making my experience a joy! =)

50 out of 5 stars! Best dental experiences I have EVER had! Dr. Adrian, Dr. Sandra, Ms. Chris, Hazel, the entire staff is phenomenal! I just came home after Dr. Adrian extracted a wisdom tooth. From sitting down for the numbing to packing the extraction area with gauze to let me leave was MAYBE 20 minutes. I didn't even know the tooth was out! Dr. Adrian is a magician! Hazel is a sweet, smart, considerate young lady with an amazing chair-side manner. Ms. Chris is that rare combination of professional and warm, and she is incredibly astute at finding affordable options for dental health planning. Every person at the front desk has always been friendly, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hygienists are fun, efficient, and gentle. I just cannot sing enough praise for Addison Family Dentistry! Drs. Adrian and Sandra have a dream team!

I would like to applaud the front desk person, Nick! His manners are impeccable and efforts were tireless. I changed insurance providers and he was unable to find me under my current provider. He updated me regularly and called to explain why I wasn't found. Unfortunately, I won't be able to come back, but once I get a new provider, I hope to come back! He was always pleasant and polite. I just wanted to give him a shout out because that's the Best service I've gotten in a long time. :)

I would never go back here or tell anyone I remotely like to go here. The dentist was rough and caused me great pain and wouldn't prescribe anything that would truly help with the pain management. Horrible. Never again.

Addison Family Dentistry is a comfortable yet very professional environment. I just moved to the area a year ago and finding a new dentistry office was quite the task, but the search is over! I was very pleased and impressed with their patient care and service. Dr. Devincenzo took the time to answer my questions and provided me recommendations, too. He and his staff were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this office if you're searching for a dentist!
