Mint Dental was established by Dr. Sandra Diaz, who has earned her bachelor's degree in psychology at Florida International University and obtained her DMD at Nova South Eastern University. Dr. Diaz has also participated in many continuing education seminars including but not limited to implants, botox and dermal fill, orthodontic treatment including Invisalign, esthetic reconstruction and laser treatment, and sleep apnea.

Dr. Addison did a root canal on my wife and left one root untouched. Three years later she had to go to an endodontist to finish his unfinished work that had her in great pain at the end. We ended up paying twice for the procedure. Was he qualified to do the work, apparently not. Hopefully Dr. Diaz will do a better job now that he has left town.

Dr. Addison and his staff are consummate professionals. In the 4 years that I have been a patient, the doctor and his staff are always punctual, never making me wait more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointments. The staff is friendly, patient, and caring. And, most importantly, Dr. Addison and his hygienists are highly skilled.

Once again, Addison Dental provides excellent care. Dr. Addison is simply wonderful - he's kind, understanding and takes the time to listen to my concerns and answers my questions. I've always feared going to the dentist, but I don't anymore. I highly recommend Dr. Addison. The staff is terrific! Be it the office staff or the dental assistants or hygienists, they are always helpful, kind and professional. I can't say enough about Dental Addison!

The staff is very kind and helpful. Dr. Addison does a great job caring for each patient and their individual needs. My family drives 2.5 hours to go to this dentist and it is worth every minute of travel.

DR Addison is the BEST dentist in Miami !. He is very professional, competent and I am highly recommend him. I am very sensitive regarding any dentistry procedure but with DR Addison everything is smooth, perfect and without any pain. Stephanie has been my hygienist for many years and she is superb. The rest of the staff is very polite and kind. EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH EXTRAORDINARY DOCTOR !!!!!!

Dr Addison and his staff are highly skilled and very gentle w/their patients. They have done several implants as well as routine procedures and I have been very pleased w/the results. My dental hygienist, Stephanie, has kept my teeth clean for many years. She is excellent, very cheerful and also gentle. A very fine team!

Doctor Addison and his staff made me feel like family from the beginning. Very warm and professional team. The office is clean, modern and cozy. I am a detail oriented person and had a crown placed by Dr Addison. I was afraid it would look a bit off but after the work was done, the crown looked incredibly natural and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. Also, he was very careful in the numbing procedure so it was virtually painless and I felt relaxed at all times. Will keep coming back.
