Sharon has worked in dentistry for over 25 years and brings a vast range of experience, having previously managed law firms and a computer services company. For the last 16+ years, she has assisted the growth of the practice as the Office Manager. Sharon is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM). She considers herself a proud Texan, having lived in the Dallas area for 30+ years with her husband, Peter, and their dogs, Zoey and Bebe. Sharon is an animal lover who also enjoys movies, reading, gardening, and travel.
Jazmin has over 13 years of experience in dentistry, having begun her journey in high school assisting in the front office for her family dentist. Jazmin went on to earn her RDA and went into dental assisting. However, her first love is working in the front office and personally assisting patients with their insurance and financial needs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and most of all spending time with her husband and daughter.
Shelby started her career in the medical field, and switched over to the dental field three years ago. Shelby enjoys helping patients understand their insurance coverage and providing the assistance needed to get the smile they desire. Outside of work, Shelby is a dog mom of 2 playful pups, Fritzie and Sky and loves spending time with family and friends, hiking, and traveling to new places.
Kelly is a Dallas native and began her career in dental in 2008. Outside of the office, she enjoys quality time with her husband and kids. She loves traveling when time allows, and is always up for trying new food! Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is seeing her patients and learning about their lives all while helping them achieve healthy smiles.
Eli is a Dallas native and has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2014. She received her Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene from what was formerly known as Texas A & M University Baylor College of Dentistry. Eli does her best to give every patient an informative, comfortable, and fun dental experience. Outside of the office, Eli has an extreme passion for travel, always onto the next hiking adventure, and calls herself a certified foodie.
Bailie is an East Texas native, born and raised in Sulphur Springs. She graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science, and continued her education at Collin College, where she received an Associates degree in Applied Science of Dental Hygiene. Bailie is married to her college sweetheart, William, and together they live in Addison. In her free time she enjoys playing with her dogs Bo and Tux, or hanging out with family and friends.
Monica brings over 15 years of dental experience to Addison Dental Group. To Monica, it is important to build successful relationships with the patients, so they feel as if they are coming to see good friends. Most of all her devotion and genuine passion for the care and comfort of each patient helps to create healthy and beautiful smiles. Monica loves to cook and all genres of music. Her greatest loves are her husband, four sons and three grandsons.
Yorman has been a proud dental assistant since 2013, where at age 18 he earned his Registered Dental Assistant Certificate through Brookhaven Community College. Yorman loves the science and creativity that comes with helping others have a healthy understanding of oral care. He is committed to helping patients achieve a healthy smile. He enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching movies and taking long walks with his fiance and dog Woody.
Dr. Chau was born and raised in Los Angeles. While growing up, Dr. Chau had to deal with several dental issues that needed treatment. His bite issues caused difficulties with being unable to efficiently eat and speak. Dr. Chau underwent several years of treatment including jaw surgery in order to correct these issues. Due to the improvement in his quality of life following dental treatment, as well as his interactions with countless of compassionate healthcare individuals, his interest in dentistry grew.
Dr. Chau graduated at the top of his class at Case Western Reserve Dental School in Ohio. His goal is to improve the quality of life for his patients, whether it is to be pain free or have a confident, beautiful smile. Lastly, he wants to treat all of his patients with the same compassion and caring that he received when he was young. Dr. Chau is proficient in several areas of dentistry such as cosmetic restorations, fillings, veneers, crowns and bridges. Dr. Chau has also done additional training in order to provide more complex procedures to our patients such as root canals, surgical extractions, surgical bone and ridge augmentation, as well as the surgical placement of implants and implant restorations.
Dr. Chau is a proud member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). Dr. Chau is regularly involved in humanitarian programs; his most recent trip involved providing sorely needed dentistry to children and adults in underserved villages in the Dominican Republic. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Chau loves to travel, hike, and explore new places with his wife.

I've been going here for a few years now. The staff has always been amazingly helpful and friendly and the Doctor is amazing. I know that I'll get an honest recommendation with anything I need. I feel very trusting of the dentist and would highly recommend.

I'm extremely picky when it comes to my dentist. Dr. Chao is detail oriented and thorough. He also has the skills for restorative and cosmetic dental care. He and his staff have awesome medical bedside manners. Always pleasant and professional. His office is run very well and timely.

The staff here are great! They fully explained everything that was being done and made sure I had no questions. The clinic itself is very organized and clean. Dr. Chau was kind and I could tell he takes his time with each patient and cares about his work. I definitely recommend!

My experience from the moment I walked in until I walked out the door was fantastic! My partner recommended Addison dental group he has been their patient I have never been to a dentist But they made me feel so warm and welcoming and comfortable Everyone is friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Chau and his team are so great and were very helpful in getting appointments set up as well as making sure that I understood everything that was going on within my appointment as well as everything that was going on with my insurance! I've been going to this practice for 20+ years. I was a bit concerned when a new Doctor took the reins but am quite satisfied so far. Different personalities but comforting and knows his stuff.

I decided to become a patient of Dr. Chau after I saw how calm he made my mom during her first consultation and procedure. The entire team is so warm and friendly and I like the fact that Dr. Chau performs the procedures rather than outsourcing. They are patient and gentle when working on you. Very happy with them and highly recommend.

Y'all, I haven't been to the dentist since before COVID. These people were FANTASTIC and took such good care of me. My dental hygienist, Elie, was so kind and made sure that I was comfortable. She reiterated over and over again to let her know if anything was tender, and she would make sure to change her maneuvers for cleaning. The dentist came in and asked me questions to get to know me before he examined my teeth. And the best part was that no one tried to sell me anything! I feel like they truly care about me and my dental health. I look forward to going again!

First time patient, had a wonderful experience! Everyone is so pleasant, from the front office, to the hygienists, to Dr. Chau himself. They did a fantastic job walking me through all of the imaging and explaining what they see, including what may be of concern not just in the now/near future but forward looking and how to take preventative action. They even have 3D imaging, which was new to me and very interesting to walkthrough. The team is very knowledgeable and great at what they do. Hygienist is very thorough yet gentle (thanks Eli!!). You can tell Dr. Chau respects his team (which was cool to observe how he trains and challenges his team to help them grow). Dr. Chau took the time to get to know me beyond just seeing me as a dental patient but really made the effort to build rapport. Dr. Chau is well spoken and truly cares, you can tell he listens to understand, wants to make sure you are comfortable and explains/answers any questions you may have.
