Quick in and out and made my daughter feel comfortable, and she really likes to visit here!We came here at 8:30am this morning, she've had her X-ray. The information given to me was needed.

You move peoples appointments around to fit your timeframe and narrative. Your lazy doctor didn't want to be in the office later in the day (11:30am to be exact) and moved my daughters appointment to 5:45am. You guys are the rudest dentistry I've ever had to deal with. You need to treat families with respect, as they do to you. The Tukwila location was fantastic, but you people in Federal Way are honestly disgusting. Have a great day.

I want to note the unprofessional behavior of your receptionist at the Federal Way location. This morning I was treated with some more snarky and rude attitude when I mentioned 545am was too early for my family and I to make it to a dentist appt in federal way from bonney lake, and she replied "well I live in Bonney lake!" Okay, and? You're not driving a 6 year old around either at 5am, you don't know what people are going through in life so it is not ok when someone who is supposed to speak to people for a living is rude like that on the phone, and I don't appreciate it.

This company racially profiled me the minute my son and I walked through the door so I immediately left the building! Do not take your child here! Very bad staff!

Staff was friendly and professional. I brought my two year old for a checkup because she was having some pain in her tooth while eating. The assistant brushed my daughter's teeth. While waiting there was another child in the same room who was having a hard time and crying. My daughter saw the whole thing so I tried to tell her it was ok and I am right here. After the dentist was done with him he walked over and greeted us. Asked my daughter to look at her teeth and she opened her mouth. Then he said he was gonna lay her back and she didn't want to so I told her it was ok she could open her mouth which she would have been fine with if they would have gave her a second to understand. But the dentist grabbed a pillow and asked me to sit with her and hold her hands. It was bad and she was crying and scared. They didn't give her or me any time to talk her through it it seemed like they were rushing. After the doctor was done or couldn't see her teeth because she was crying too much he left. The assistant rescheduled for 6 months out and that was it. The doctor didn't ask me anything or why we were there which was for the pain in her tooth. He couldn't see her teeth so he couldn't assess which is what the assistant told me. Staff was very friendly but I left feeling empty and without answers from the dentist. I understand they couldn't see her teeth but they didn't give her a chance to calm down. Very rushed.

Amazing staff !! My son had different procedures done here and everyone was helpful with his nerves and making sure he doesn't get scared to come back to the dentist afterwards.

Great service and excellent dentist at there. I feel more comfortable when I brought my kid to the clinic even he needed to get a sleep medicine. My kid was not scared and his lips was not puffed or any cracked after done.

My daughter has anxiety about everything and unfortunately her big teeth are coming in all over the place. So she's had to have 6 extractions. We were turned away by one dentist because of her nerves but Dr.Ye and his staff were amazing with her and able to help her relax without sedation. We were able to return 2 other times for extractions and Dr. Cho and her staff were just as wonderful. Starting from check in the staff verified the visit quietly with me, to keep from alarming my daughter. Thank you for your care with my daughter's dental and mental health.

Our experience was amazing. Everyone was really friendly and informative throughout the whole appointment. It was very comforting to work with such professionals during something scary as an extraction.

I had a wonderful experience here. The receptionist, assistants and dentist were all very good to work with. The office is very clean and the staff are great with the kids.
