Dr. Dhaliwal is among an elite group of surgeons that is trained in both General Cosmetic Surgery and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is Quadruple Board Certified in both General Cosmetic Surgery, Facial Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Royal College of Dentists of Canada for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He received his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland, OH. In addition, Dr. Dhaliwal received his DMD at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR, where he was ranked number one of his entire graduating class. He also completed a Bachelor of Science Degree with First Class Honors from Simon Fraser University in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada.

Dr. Dhaliwal completed a General Surgery internship at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. He also completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Case Medical Center Department of Surgery in Cleveland. During his residency he also travelled to Belgium to gain further training in Cranio-maxillofacial and Cosmetic Surgery at St. Elisabeth and Zottegem Hospitals in Ghent, Belgium. Dr. Dhaliwal also completed a general cosmetic surgery fellowship at Inland Cosmetic Surgery in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. During his fellowship, he completed over an astounding 850 surgical procedures.

Briia Bliss is a native Issaquah resident and currently lives in old town with her husband and twin girls. They have always wanted to raise a family in Issaquah. They moved to Squak mountain in 2014 when their daughters were 6 months old. Briias family are die hard Cougs fans. She graduated along-side her spouse in 2002 from W.S.U. with a Bachelors in Psychology. During her studies she decided to become a nurse and continued her schooling in Bellevue. Briia has been a practicing RN in the OB department since 2004 at Swedish Medical Center. Briia has enjoyed delivering babies for more than 18 years. Around 2017 Briia felt compelled to either finding another career in nursing or changing departments. Changing departments didnt seem like a good fit, so she reached out to some nurse injector friends for advice. A good friend was working with Dr. Dhaliwal and invited Briia to an event. Briia handed Dr. Dhaliwal her resume and crossed her fingers. Dr. Dhaliwal graciously invited Briia to train with him and has been working with Dr. Dhaliwal ever since. Briia has had talented mentors kind enough to help refine her injecting skills and give her the boost of confidence to help her become the successful nurse injector she is today.
