Dr. Deaton earned his bachelors degree in biology from the University of Tennessee at Martin and graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in 1993. He continues to study advanced dentistry as a faculty club member in Scottsdale, Arizona under the Spear Master Curriculum; where he has been a charter member of the Spear Faculty Club since 2009. He and his family reside in Adamsville and are very active in the community, as well as school functions and local church activities. He participates as a member of the Adamsville Lions Club and is a liaison to the RSVP 'Retired and Senior Volunteer Program.
Dr. Deaton loves music. He plays in the band 'Riverstone' featuring country/rock music with a focus on entertaining for charities and benefits. His goal is to help patients achieve the highest level of dental care.
He is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Tennessee Dental Association (TDA), American Orthodontics Society (AOS), Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), and Spear Faculty Club, which is an organization of dentists who work diligently to improve their knowledge and skills and have committed to a lifetime of clinical learning to keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry.

I am a new resident to Adamsville Tennessee. I moved here in January 2021. This has turned out to be "the year of the tooth," for me. I was recommended by a friend to come to Adamsville Family Dentistry, Dr Randall Deaton. In all my years ( I am 70) I have never found a dentist as knowledge, personable , up to date with current technology, such as Lazer use, educating himself to keep up with current technology, plus a staff of eleven, that bare his personality of kindness, thoroughness and excellence! "I thank my God upon every rememberance of you!"!!!

Dr. Deaton and staff are the most professional and caring healthcare providers I've ever had the privilege of meeting. I have been a patient there for years and never been disappointed. I recommend them for all your dentistry needs. Dr Deaton keeps up with the latest technologies and does it all. He has a wonderful way of reassuring and putting you at ease. I'm never nervous going to the dentist anymore and the staff treats you like a friend. They even send me texts to remind me of my appointments!! They're the best!
