(Translated by Google) Having started to treat my teeth in this place was the best idea, its very trained and friendly staff I must say that it was worth it, waiting a little. (Original) Haber comenzado a tratar mis dientes en este lugar fue la mejor idea , su personal muy capacitado y amable debo decir que valio y vale la pena, esperar un poco.

Receptionist are rude and the customer service is horrible. They give you a set appointment time but you end up waiting over an hour to be seen by the dentist.

I showed up for my appointment. The door was locked and the secretary just looked at me. So... ?? Don't call it a no call no show, I called to confirm and you all still are just looking at me.

The main receptionist is rude and has poor customer service skills. The dentist is okay. But I choose not to go because I do not like the receptionist.

Excellent service. Dr. Akhlaghiry is a very experienced and honest doctor, and his staff is very caring. I highly recommend them. I called as a new patient on an emergency basis and they squeezed me right in. The toothache is finally gone and I feel very relieved.

I love going to the dentist! Dr. Robin makes the experience painless and relaxing. He explains everything clearly and listens to what I want (such as adding fluoride to the mix).

They took me in for an emergency repair to a temporary crown this Saturday. They were kind and competent and I am very thankful.

Their actual hours are 10-4. How is a working person supposed to get what they need when they don't have sick leave? 8-4, 8-2, 7-1, 7-3, or 11-7 all great times for business hours that depends on people having jobs to pay their bills.

The patient-dentist relationship was upsetting and overall frustrating. My teeth were super sensitive after a couple of cavities were filled. The doctor gave me no warning as to how severe the sensitivity would be after the the fill-ins. The pain was so unbearable that I had to go back in again to ask what was going on just a week or two afterwards. When I asked her why it was hurting so much, she then said "I told you it would be sensitive, you just have to be patient". The doctor failed to mention this information to me the first time, yet said she had done so. She then told me one of the fill-ins fell out. Also, please be ADVISED- long wait times! The longest I had to wait to see the dentist for a schedule appointment took over an hour. During the wait, I was never updated about why It was taking so long or apologized to for their lack of staff. It was only until I mentioned that the wait was rediculous that I was apologized to and given an explanation.
