Dr. Pamela G. Prosthodontics, also known as dental prosthetics or prosthetic dentistry, is one of nine dental specialties recognized by the American Dental Association. A prosthodontist specializes in the cosmetic restoration and replacement of teeth, having two to four years of practical training in this area after becoming a dentist. Less than two percent of dentists are fully trained in this specialty.
More specifically, prosthodontics pertains to diagnosis, treatment & maintenance of oral function, comfort, and appearance when teeth, gums or other tissues are missing or deficient. Treatment often involves the use of biocompatible substitutes, that is, materials designed to replace natural tissues.

Michele has worked in the dental field since 1985. Michele has an enthusiastic commitment to building strong patient relationships. She will always greet you with a handshake and a smile. Michele is originally from West Virginia. She is happily married and enjoys spending time with her family and three grandchildren. She also loves reading, baking, going on golf cart rides, and enjoying the Florida sun.
Linda has been in the dental field since 1992. She started asa trained dental assistant before moving to a front desk administrator. She joined the Adams Dental team in the summer of 2019 after relocating from Connecticut. Linda is happily married and has two boys and a dog. In Lindas spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and hanging out at the pool. Linda and her family look forward to meeting new people and exploring new things.
Ashley is a dental hygienist and Drs.Adams daughter. Ashley is a proud graduate of University of Florida (GoGators!) and finished first in her dental hygiene class. Ashley loves forming long lasting relationships with patients, as well as staying abreast of emerging research in the dental field. Ashley is married with a one-year-old son and two adorable rescue dogs. In her spare time, she likes to fish, raise swallowtail butterflies, and travel overseas.
Heather is a dental hygienist and a native Floridian. Heather graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville in 2013. Heather strives to make dental visits more enjoyable and pleasant. She loves getting to know her patients and establishing a relationship with them, while providing them with the best dental care. In her free time, Heather is a vegan foodie who loves cooking, gardening, and traveling.
Loretta is Dr. Michaels expanded functions dental assistant.She has been a dental assistant since 1990 and loves helping Dr. Michael achieve beautiful smiles for their patients. I am a people person and I look forward to working with patients to help them feel relaxed while having their dental work done. Loretta is married to her high school sweetheart since 1980 and they have two beautiful children. She loves spending time with her family and her fur baby grandson, Pepper, the FoxFace Pomeranian. She loves to shop, take care of her plants, and lay in the sun at the pool and jacuzzi.
Angie has a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida SouthernCollege. She has been Dr. Pamelas certified dental assistant since 1996. She assists chair side in all aspects of dental procedures and strives to provide a comfortable experience for all patients. She enjoys spending time with her family and her pets.
Anita is a Certified Dental Assistant and joined the practice in 2008. She loves getting to know the patients and help them feel comfortable at Adams Dental. Anita is from Wales in the UK and loves traveling, enjoying nature, going for walks, and reading.

I was referred by a trusted friend when my dentist retired. Dr. Pamela Adams identified and patiently explained issues that had not been emphasized by my retired dentist, which required more immediate attention such as advancing periodontal disease, erosions and cracked teeth that required crowns. These were addressed at a series of visits to my satisfaction and I am enrolled in a maintenance program that I hope will preserve my dental health.

I am a relatively new patient at Adams Dental, and I have been impressed with the professionalism, expertise and care from each member of this practice. From my first contact with Michele and Linda, I felt my health and safety concerns were taking seriously, and I have felt completely safe from my first appointment. Care is always taken to ensure you are comfortable with the procedures and any questions answered thoroughly! Dr. Michael not only discusses each part of the process with you, but he also researches any interrelations/interactions with other treatments. I have been greatly impressed with the genuine caring for each patient by Loretta, Ashley and the entire team. I have never experienced such a perfect blend of caring, expertise and excellent results!

I always stress when I have to visit my dentist. However, from the moment I arrived and interacted with her front office to visiting with Dr. Pamela Adams, who was so calming and very thorough with my initial exam, I actually look forward to visiting her office for my biannual cleanings and any other dental work that I will require. Adams Dental came highly recommended to me and I can see why.

I've said it before and I"ll say it again. If your new to Clearwater or the surrounding areas, GO see Dr. Adams and his wonderful staff. From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel a sense of family and people who actually care about you and your smile. Being from out of state, it took me a long time to find a dental office like this one. As a matter of fact, I enjoy it more than my family dentist growing up as a kid. He goes through every detail with you beginning to end and even calls you after dental care to follow through and check on you. So glad I ran into Heather with this recommendation. She was definitely on point. If your not satisfied with your dentist, or even if you are, drop them and go see these wonderful people. You won't be disappointed.

Dr. Michael Adams is the dentist I've been looking for my entire life. I have never felt more comfortable or confident or in better hands with a dental professional. Not only does he take whatever time is necessary to complete each procedure to perfection, he explains each step in clear, easy to understand terms. His facilities, with on-site lab, are clean, comfortable and visually appealing. And the staff? Absolutely top- notch, A-one professionals, every one of them! Loretta, the newest member of the team, is probably the best dental assistant in North America, Asia, and Europe. I have not yet traveled below the Equator so cannot speak for Africa, Australia or South America. UPDATE: Dental Assistant Loretta continues to exceed all expectations. Her deft touch while applying the occasional fresh coat of lip balm on this patient's tautly stretched mouth brings instant relief, and her slim, dainty fingers dart in and out of my mouth like a gentle wisp of soft summer breeze, so fast and efficient that when my jaw snaps shut, she is long gone; and Dr. Michael never commits to a new crown color without first consulting Loretta's discerning eye. Now, how to increase Loretta's already five-star rating? Well, the other day, while viewing some of my old 8mm travel films from the last century, I discovered that, contrary to the original review above, I actually did visit North Africa once, having spent a week in Egypt during the spring of 1981, sailing a felucca down the Nile and riding horseback in the vast desert surrounding the Pyramids of Saqqara. Thus am I eminently qualified to confer upon Loretta the title of Best Dental Assistant in all of Africa, in addition to the three previous continents listed above. Great job, Loretta!

Moving to a new place always brings concerns of health care and finding a dentist. For several years as a snow bird we continued with our dentist in the North East. A friend who was a patient of Dr. Adams referred us to him. Well having gone to Dr. Adams for several years and having extensive work work completed on my teeth, I decided to leave a note about the office and Dr. Adams. Dr. Michael Adams office is a congenial welcoming office, the staff is fantastic and easy to work with. Dr. Adams work ethics is beyond anything I have ever experienced. He is an Artist and his work shows it and I would never believe that I would feel that way about a "Dentist". The friends that I have referred to Dr. Adams feel the same and l get the thanks for Dr. Adams great work. Thank you to a great Artist.

I look forward to going to the dentist at Adams Dental! They do a thorough job of explaining things. Ashley does an amazing job cleaning my teeth and always teaches me something new. Dr. Pam is so kind, patient and understanding with me. I've had several issues with my teeth and she has fixed them all. Everyone in the office is wonderful and I would highly recommend them. They take all of the safety procedures and really care about their patients.

My husband and I moved here 3 years ago and are so happy to have found Adams Dental family! Everyone is friendly and professional. Always a good experience from the wonderful office staff, to my #1 hygienist, Ashley and #1 dentist, Dr. Michael. I was just there for fillings and Dr. Michael did some tooth sculpting. I'm just amazed at the beautiful work he did on my teeth. I could see the passion he has for what he does and the proof is in the end results. Thanks again!

Somehow the entire staff made a "dentist appointment" something to look forward to, not dread. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because 10 stars wasn't an option.

I highly recommend Adams Dental to anyone searching for an awesome dentist. I myself had been searching for a new dentist since my life long dentist retired. After coming to Adams Dental, I was rest assured that I was in good hands and had finally found what I was looking for. Dr. Michael and Ashley are extremely passionate and educated about dentistry and they genuinely care about their patients. I've learned so much from them each visit. The atmosphere is very calming, and there's even a garden abound with nature that you can view through large picture windows in each room to put you further at ease.
