Dr. Adams has been practicing dentistry in Alabama for 10 years. He focusedpracticing in more rural areas likeCentreville,Aliceville, and Bessemer.Dr.Adams earned his degree in Biomedical Sciences in 2008 from Auburn University. After graduating from Auburn,Dr.Adams earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 2013. Dr. Adams completed the Comprehensive Implant Residency Program(CIRP)in 2016-2017. After completing the program,Dr. Adamswas honored when asked to teach and mentor new dentists that want to expand their skill set.
Preston grew up in Dothan and was inspired to attend dental school by his uncle from his hometown and dentists in Auburn while attending college. He felt the need to begin practicing dentistry in rural areas, and did so throughout the state. His most recent being 7 years practicing with a wonderful team and practice in Centreville, AL. He enjoyed the relaxed,trusting rapport with patients and treating each individual uniquely based on their dental,social,and emotional well being.
Dr. Adams made the decision to open his own practice in Homewood, Alabama. This practice is closer to his house and his daughter. The word Art was added to the practice name for many reasons, but two stand out. Art is a passion of Dr. Adams and believes beauty is defined by each patient. Listening to each patient to understand their definition of beauty and goals and supporting them to get where each person wants to be with their dental health. Dental treatment focused on people with dental anxieties is a challenge, and varies greatly, but is an art in it self. He brings a passion in the areas of dental surgery, restorative dentistry, implant supported dentistry and many root canal treatments. His expertise ranges from tooth colored fillings, crown and bridge work, dental implant restoration, cosmetic veneering and bonding, periodontal therapy, and Invisalign therapy.

Absolutely the best...you couldnt find a better dentist, nor a better staff! Love them all...they truly care about you, and take very good care of you. Dr. Adams did an amazing job on my implant, everything I've had done, from cleaning to implants..it was a fantastick experience...I would highly recommend Adams Dental Arts....always.

I have been blessed to have Paul Petznick as my dentist for nearly 30 years, and believe he's the best in Birmingham. He also did a complete set of dental implants for my 90 year old mother, which is no small job! In addition to being an excellent dentist, he is a fine family man of impeccable character who you can trust 100%, and is one of the nicest men you'll ever meet. His new facility is state of the art, where he spared no expense in equipping it with finest equipment (I always tell him it reminds me of a set from Star Wars- LOL). His staff is excellent, very competent and friendly as well. If you are looking for the best dentist, you need look no further than Petznick Dental. AAAA++++
