Dr. Briana Byrnes of New Jersey completed her undergraduate studies at Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. She graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine and completed her general practice residency at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady, New York.
Dr. Byrnes has a passion for providing the best possible care for every patient and is committed to furthering her skills through continuing education. She recently became a Dawson Academy Scholar and is pursuing her fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD). Dr. Byrnes is a member of the International Implant Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association (NYSDA) and the Fourth District Dental Society.

Awesome experience! Hadn't seen a dentist in many years. My wife goes here and made me an appointment. Im not a fan of having my teeth cleaned but this visit may have changed my attitude. Very comfortable and professional. Actually decided to have chip/gap in front teeth repaired. Dr Byrnes did an excellent job!

Dr.Byrnes and staff are continuing to maintain the culture the office is known for. They are kind and professional. Hillary, Dr. Byrnes assistant made sure I was comfortable and explained the process step by step. Dr. Byrnes does amazing pain-free work and Lonia makes sure to work my appointments around my busy schedule.

I randomly chose this dental practice after having NO relief from increasing tooth and mouth pain and pressure. I had just changed dentists and that dentist wouldn't see me until I made yet another appointment with my endodontist. So, on to dentist number 3: Dr. Briana Byrnes. I was seen within days of calling their office and speaking with Lanya. I explained years of tooth sensitivity but having gotten much worse since spring of 2021. I recently went to an ENT in 2022 to see if it were sinus related. No real issue spotted so I tried Adams-Byrnes Dentistry. I was first seen by dental assistant Cassidy. She listened to my ridiculous merry go round of treatment, no treatment and pain. Dr. Byrnes came in, listened intently and acted accordingly. I was given amoxicillin for one week, a fitted splint the same day and this dentist noticed a high spot in a filling and filed it down. I went home in pain but armed with 3 possible solutions. I was also given an over the counter recommendation for pain. That was in May. Within 10 days of the visit, I realized that I was no longer in pain. Afraid to eat on that side, etc. but gradually tested myself on what I could chew and how the sensitivity especially to cold was doing. This morning I rinsed with cool water and it was a miracle. I hadn't been able to do that in forever!! I owe this practice my sanity. No practitioner had seen a need to file a tooth down or to know there are quick splints to fit to trial a mouth guard that is correctly fitted in the dental office.

I was looking for a new dentist after an unpleasant experience with another practice and was referred to Adams-Byrnes Dentistry. I am so thankful that I found out about Dr. Byrnes. Not only is she an amazing dentist, but she also cares. Dr. Byrnes takes the time to get to know you and your concerns and addresses them in a timely manner. From the moment I entered and heard music playing and laughs from the front desk, I knew I was going to have a great experience here. My family has been patients of this practice for almost 20 years and I only have good things to say! They are kind, understanding and always on time! When my children were young they were incredibly gentle & patient, and after their cleanings my children LOVED to pick something from the prize drawer! With the addition of Dr Byrnes it has only gotten better. Dr Byrnes is a wonderful dentist and we just adore her. If you are looking for a new dentist you should give them a try. You won't regret it!

ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is so friendly and kind. The place is clean and well managed. They have refreshment drinks as you wait, play music if you would like, windows to look outside from the dentistry chair even stress balls to hold onto if needed! I used to be traumatized from the dentist but now I'll go multiple times a week I literally don't feel any pain while in the chair. I have been and will continue to recommend Adams Byrnes Dentistry! They are amazing!!!

I've gone to my fair share of dentists and Dr. Byrnes is hands down the best at what she does. I'm not an easy patient but she makes every experience great for me and makes sure I'm comfortable through the whole appointment. I travel 45 minutes to see her and I cannot see myself going anywhere else. The front desk is also welcoming and her assistant Cassidy is amazing... so comforting and friendly! I can not say enough good things about this practice. I highly recommend.

I called this morning needing to see a dentist pretty urgently for some pain I was having. Marsha got me in for a cleaning + to see the dentist an hour later and was the best on the phone. The office was super cute and clean and the staff was really welcoming and nice. Shout out to Rachel for a fast but good cleaning!! Dr. Byrnes also is great and listened to me more than any dentist has. I'm very grateful for the team and my pain is being taken care of.
