I've been in the dental field for over 40 years, and although trends have come and gone in dentistry, kids are still my passion. I love seeing an apprehensive patient turn into a happy one. Ive been married to my husband Jeff for 31 years and we have one daughter. I love to read, entertain friends and family and most of all - travel!
I've been with Team Pollock for 9 years after receiving my Dental Assisting Certificate. I recently have transitioned from being a chair side assistant to the front desk receptionist position. I'm Kim, a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Pollock. I've had a passion for dental hygiene and dentistry since my first job in the field in my senior year of high school. Since then, I've worked in pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, and for the last 23 years, here with Dr. Pollock. I received my certificate in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University, where I also received my BA in Sociology. I love working with our patients, not only for their entertaining stories, but also for their interesting take on current events! I have four adult children and five grandchildren, with one more on the way. When I can, I love riding my bicycle on the trails in Stark County.

I live in Cuyahoga Falls with my husband, Steve, and our son. We have been foster and adoptive parents since 2016. We also have an open door policy when it comes to senior pets and special needs animals. We currently have 3 senior rescue dogs, and a three-legged hedgehog. My son and I love to garden, take family bike rides, and hike the CVNP!
I am Allyson, former patient turned hygienist! I went to Stark State College for dental hygiene while working as a Dental Assistant at Dr. Pollocks office. I got married in May of 2020 in a beautiful backyard wedding to my husband Preston. We have a labradoodle named Chewy, who we love dearly. My favorite activity is sitting by the fire at night with my friends and family, traveling with my husband, and snowboarding.
My name is Nichole and I am an EFDA and Chair Side Assistant with Team Pollock. I have two sons, Shawn and Kyle, and we have the most beautiful house hippo there ever was, CoCo Chanel, our rescue pitbull. I have a passion for rescuing and rehabilitation of all animals, but especially pitties!
I'm Melissa, a Chair Side Assistant and EFDA. I have worked here for 13 years and counting! My husband Dave and I have two amazing sons, Colton and Cooper. Colton keeps us busy with sports and school activities, and Cooper keeps us busy by just being Cooper! I love to craft and get my creative juices flowing. I'm the go-to person for any artsy craft projects for both the office and my friends and family. My absolute favorite thing to do is spend time with my family.

Dr. Pollock and the staff are great. Very understanding and our visits are conducted in a timely fashion. They all have made our little one very comfortable.

I am only 1 in my family of 5 and all of have gone there and even still are going there! Dr. Pollock and all of his staff are very friendly and kind! It's also a quick experience there that leaves a beautiful smile of your face!!

Fantastic pediatric dentist--Dr Pollock clearly knows how to and loves to work with kids. The front office staff is all very knowledgeable and polite. It's easy to schedule multiple kids at the same time.

I was referred to Dr. Pollock from my family dentist to have my sons cavities filled. So right off the bat I feel it speaks volumes that one dentist recommends another. During COVID I have had a mix of how different business have handled precautions concerning the pandemic. My appointment for my son was 3/16/2021, and I was beyond impressed with the extra mile they went to keep everyone safe and comfortable. It was very fluid and efficient. The entire facility was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Even with the extra precautions I did not have to wait and was seen on time. The staff was incredible. Every single member of the office was upbeat, positive, and you could really feel that they actually cared about your oral care. They were fantastic with my son, who was there to get cavities worked on, and was nervous. They were patient with him and answered all of the questions he had. They even took it a step further and wanted to know about his personal interests, and they sat and listened to every story he wanted to tell them with enthusiasm. By the time he was to have the procedure done he wasn't nervous at all!! Dr. Pollock was both professional and kind. I have never had a cavity so I had a ton of questions and not once did he seem annoyed and he was very thorough with his answers and spoke in a way that was easy to understand. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary procedures, or extras. He was only concerned with what my son actually needed to get his oral health in order. I really have never had such a wonderful experience. I rate them a 5 out of 5 star across the board. I highly recommend coming to see this amazing doctor and his wonderful staff. Thank you for making today so easy. I never thought I would ever be able to say that my son getting cavities filled was an enjoyable experience.

My nephew and niece love Dr. Pollock and his wonderful staff. The kind atmosphere makes this office perfect for children. They are friendly, caring, compassionate, honest and so much more. This office will treat your children like family. They also go to great lengths to keep us safe during this time. I highly recommend this office and I wish they took adults !!

I truly can't say enough amazing things about this office. Dr. Pollock is friendly, explains things thoroughly and is cost conscious. His staff from the front desk to the assistants and hygienists are all energetic and so kind and caring. The office is clean and they do a great job with covid. I trust my sons care to this team and highly recommend them to all! My son needed some extensive work done and i felt they were honest and upfront about the work and I never felt pressured or questioned any of the work. Thank you Dr. Pollock and your amazing team!!!!!

I would recommend Dr. Pollock to anyone with children! His entire staff is amazing and so great with kiddos! My 2 year old son had a dental emergency and they got us in that day and took care of the issue immediately. My son asks to go back to the dentist all the time, which speaks volumes. We drive a significant distance to get there and I would drive even further if we had to! :) 5 stars, 100%!

Dr pollock and his team are the best. From the front desk to the hygienists and the assistants, all who are fantastic with children and make you feel comfortable and confident while you're in the waiting room and your kids are being worked on. Dr pollock has lifelong patients with my children.

Dear "Cleveland Good", I certainly hope you have some firm evidence of discrimination! Having taken both of my children to Dr Pollack for many years, I can without a doubt say that your review is WAY off base! The staff has always been professional to us and to every person they dealt with while we were at their offices. I firmly believe you are just a disgruntled customer who was not pampered and placated at every turn and you are acting out childishly. It is apparent from the accusations you throw out without any proof. Perhaps there was a coding error and the procedure had to be postponed. This happens often at medical facilities with the hoops that insurance companies require medical facilities to jump through. My wife has surgeries postponed all the time where she works due to coding and insurance rejections. Perhaps you should look at things from a broad perspective and not just have a knee jerk, "cancel culture" reaction to an issue that a little time and patience could see resolved.
