My name is Dr. Adam Schwab and I wanted to tell you a little bit about myself. I am originally from a small town in Southern California located right in between San Diego and Los Angeles. For my undergraduate degree, I attended the University of California, Berkeley where I studied molecular and cell biology. After graduating, I moved across the bay to San Francisco to attend the University of California, San Francisco for my dental education. After graduating from UCSF in 2016, I moved back to Southern California to practice for about four and a half years before moving out here to Colorado.
My dental philosophy is relatively simple. I am a conservative dentist; meaning I only drill on teeth as a last resort when its absolutely necessary. My goal is to prevent my patients from ever even needing extensive dental work. I focus on prevention with a heavy emphasis on patient education. As your dentist, I feel it is my job to make you the expert of your own mouth. My goal is to work with my patients, taking all the time necessary to explain treatment options and procedures in detail, so that my patients are completely informed about all the treatment options available to them. I feel it is important for the patient and the dentist to work together to develop a treatment plan in order to ensure all the needs of the patient are met.
In the end, I want to ensure my patients are comfortable, informed, and safe. Im aware that nobody is ever excited about a trip to the dentist, but I want to do everything in my power to ensure that your needs are met and that your time at this office is as pleasant as a trip to the dentist can be. I look forward to seeing you soon!
