'It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to inform you that I will be leaving my dental practice and no longer available to provide dental care for you. I will miss all of you and I am sad to leave the wonderful relationships we have developed.

Easy change from Dr. Taylor to Dr. Dai when he took over the office. Very flexible with scheduling around work or personal life, even the week or two leading up to appointment that was scheduled 6 months prior. And of course, most importantly, great dental care and the honest truth rather than telling me what i want to hear.

I visited Dr Dai's office yesterday afternoon for a new patient cleaning and exam. After a poor experience with my previous dentist, I was admittedly nervous and a bit unsure of expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to be seen promptly without a wait. Dr. Dai was kind, approachable, and very interested in my expectations of what my dental needs and concerns were. He questioned me about my knowledge of certain procedures to see if my expectations were in line with his. Dr. Dai provided me with a thorough assessment, and addressed my dental concerns without judgement or bias. He offered suggestions based on my needs without a hard sales approach. He never once suggested any procedure outside the scope of what he felt was necessary. Dr. Dai performed all aspects of the work himself including: X-rays, exam and cleaning. While most offices have three different staff members to perform these essential services, I was impressed to see that he handled all of these duties himself, quite efficiently without feeling rushed. This clearly speaks to his excellent work ethics, and commitment to his patients. I will most certainly return to Dr. Dai's office in the near future to continue to meet my dental health needs.

Dr. Dai is a wonderful dentist! He took the time to go over some problems that I may have had with my teeth and explained them in a way that was easy for me to understand. He is very hands on and very friendly. He will make sure that you receive the great dental care that you deserve. Please do not hesitate to come to his practice!

Great cleaning! I sometimes get some dentist anxiety around my semi-annual visits but I was so happy with my visit with Dr. Dai. Easy to schedule, no wait to get started on my appointment when I arrived, and a gentle cleaning. He even talked through what he was doing, which was very helpful to know what was coming next. Also felt comfortable with their COVID safety measures too. Thanks again! I'll be back in 6 months.

Dr. Dai's dental office is a awesome! He and his staff are so welcoming and helpful. I have had several cleanings and implant work done by him. Dr. Dai explains step by step prior to getting any type of procedure started. Dr. Dai is understanding and has accommodated my work schedule as well as my personal schedule to fit my family's needs. He comes highly recommended by our family who had been visiting the same family dentist until he retired a few years ago. Dr. Dai and Sabrina are truly the best!

Dr. Dai's strongest asset is his ability to articulate problems and treatments in a down-to-earth fashion, using x-ray graphics to further accentuate his explanations. As a 69 year old patient, I feel I have a greater understanding of my dental status in my one and a half years as a patient with Dr. Dai than all previous dentists. I would definitely recommend Dr. Dai and his affable receptionist Sabrina.
