Dr. LJ has been improving smiles in the Worthington, PA area for 15 years and counting. Born and raised in the nearby town of Sarver, Dr. LJ spent the first few years living in his parents' dental office/home.
Dr. LJ graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000 then earned his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2004. Today, he regularly attends a variety of continuing education courses to ensure he is able to offer the best treatment possible. Dr. LJ has received advanced training in CEREC, which is a method of dentistry that enables him to provide same-day service to patients in need of inlays, onlays, crowns, and veneers. He has also studied and personally tested various sleep apnea treatment devices to assist patients suffering from this common sleep disorder that can cause an individual to snore loudly and wake up gasping for air.
Dr. LJ and his wife Shannon live in South Butler with their three young children. When she's not driving the kids to and from school or activities, Shannon serves as the marketing director at the office. Her years of experience working in public relations and internal communications bring a new dynamic to the office, and by working together Dr. LJ and Shannon are excited to grow the family business. An interesting fact is that they originally met through the dating site eHarmony and were featured on numerous eHarmony commercials 14 years ago. People in various states and in Canada often recognized them as Shannon and LJ and would greet them as friends when they crossed paths while traveling.

Adams has been my dentist for years now. They are so friendly and always remember me! They are trying to catch up with backed up patients from the pandemic so not accepting new clients as of 10/22 but are worth keeping in mind in the future. Their sliding pay scale has made it possible for me to have extremely affordable dental work without insurance. 10/10 recommended

Everyone at this office has always been so professional and very nice. Going to the dentist for any kind of dental work is not usually something people look forward to, but at this office they go out of their way to see that your visit is the best it can possibly be! Dr. L.J. and his staff are wonderful, from check in to check out! If you are looking for a dentist you need look no further!

Usually I like going to Adam's family dental but recently I accidently missed my scheduled appointment. I have in the past been given reminder notices of my upcoming appointment. A message was left on my home answering machine which I did not hear until it was to late. Adam's does have my work phone, but never called. I felt very unappreciated by the message left on my answer machine. I was told that they have over one hundred patients that need to be seen and I would be billed 25 dollars for missing the appointment but they might waive the 25 dollar charge if my reason for missing my appointment was good enough. I have been going to this dentist for years, what ever happen to appreciating your customer and being understanding that not everyone has a perfect memory. I paid the 25 dollars, I don't want my money back. I just wanted some respect and appreciation.

I have been going to Dr. LJ for atleast 8 years always a great experience the staff are super great! They always try to accommodate your needs and schedule, I wish I had a dentist like him when I was younger I wouldn't have been so afraid to go! But I go now!!!! Thanks everyone!

Dr. L.J. and staff are very efficient and provide quality dental care at an affordable price. From dental cleanings, ex-rays, fillings to crowns, the service is high quality. I lost my dentist to retirement and was very happy to find Adams & Associates. If you want pain free dentistry give them a try!
