Dr. B was super patient with me. He knew I was having some big dental anxiety and anxious about a shot, he was wonderful. Super patient. Not pushy or irritated with me and needing him to go slow and at my pace. I had pushed back having this procedure getting done for a long long time, I shouldn't have! Dr. B was so great and the experience was nothing like I had expected. My tooth feels great today and I would totally recommend him to a dear friend. Thanks Dr. B!

I cannot even express how happy I am to have found such an amazing, kind and caring dentist. I am 57 years old and have had about the worst experiences a person can have in a dentist chair. I was so scared when I went to Ada Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in the door I felt I was well taken care of. Every staff member was just so kind and good to me. This was the first time in my life that I didn't feel every needle stick during the numbing process. Praise God!!! Dr Bratton was so gentle and caring. Why can't all dentists be that way? His dental assistant is absolutely the best I've ever seen. She made me comfortable and at ease and I actually relaxed. Dr Bratton is truly gifted and a God send! Now I can have all the dental work that I've needed for years, completed.

The support staff here is horrible. Be aware that their billing department is a joke. We gave them our information on both children, our 2 insurance companies, and cards. They stated we would owe a certain amount, and have to pay upfront...something we were later told they should not have done per our insurance company. We have now been working with them for right at a year on a bill that they just cannot get correct. A couple months after service we got a call saying that our insurance has been declined. We asked why, and they stated that our son was not on our plan. We asked the name and they gave us the incorrect last name. We told them the correct name and thought it would be correctly billed to our insurance. Jump 3 months later and we get a bill saying it will go to collections if we don't pay it. We call and they said our insurance was declined. We asked their reasoning, and they said incorrect date of birth. We asked what they had, and they gave our daughter's date of birth. We gave them the corrected date and told them to re-run the insurance bills. Jump another 3 months and they said the insurance didn't cover everything, so we asked why. We started asking questions and come to find out they only billed 1 of our 2 insurance companies. So we told them they need to bill the other insurance company like they did for our daughter. Jump another 3 months and we get another letter stating we owe them money. We call again and they say yet again our insurance was declined. We ask why this time and they state our insurance deducible was met and they won't pay anything. This is probably due to the fact they couldn't get their paperwork correct and file in a timely manner. The odd thing is we had both our daughter and son get work there at the same time. There was no issues with our daughter's, they billed both insurances correctly, and we didn't have any further payments. So to sum up they got our son's last name wrong, birth date wrong, didn't file to all the insurance companies as given, and didn't include all of our insurance information on their filings. Now they are being extremely rude to my wife causing her undue stress asking why she's so upset about it, and threatening to file our bill to a collection company. Asked to speak to the office manager after that and they accused my wife of not having the money to pay, and insinuated that it's all a ploy to get out of a bill. The manager stated that nothing has happened with any insurance issues, and that we're just lying about it all. When we spoke to the insurance company about the issue, they stated they had no record of a billing, but had a note stating to give their customer's grievance forms as that office has had multiple billing issues. BE AWARE!

Will never recommend to anyone!!! I had an appointment scheduled for 4:20 today and showed up at 4:23 np figured someone else might be before me now oh well. Then the long black haired lady probably mid thirties ( I didn't catch her name I was so upset) tells me she deleted me from the schedule for being over ten minutes late. Ummm what it's 4:23 I'm only 3 minutes late. I tell her this and she asks for a confirmation text which my wife got not me and proceeds to try to reschedule me. I tell her I saw it myself yesterday and she says along the line of I'm lying or mistaken. So I left until my wife sent my a screenshot of the confirmation. When I showed her she tried to argue again so I left. Sorry Dr. Bratton I wish I could have met you but your staff is infuriating. MyDentist here I come crawling back... -_- Ps. Wish I could include screenshot. Oh well.
