I hate to say this, but this place is the absolute worst all around! Scheduled an appointment in April for August 29. This being their first opening. For four months straight multiple times a week I received calls confirming appointments for two days in which I had not made appointments for. On August 23 get a call confirming again at which time I was so irritated with these folks I told the young lady "if you are calling to to confirm about two other appointments I did not make or have, then I may need to go elsewhere due to this office being so unprofessional and incompetent, she says no, confirming for Monday August 29. On August 24 I get a text message at 7:30am asking if I am able to come in today at 9am or 9:30am, I text back and said no. I get another text at 10:30am asking if I could come in at 1pm, NO I have to work! At which time I proceeded to tell them just cancel any and all possible appointments and that I would be taking my business elsewhere! 5 months, and you can't get an appointment together, you surely can't due good dental work!

They over charged me and I already had an X ray and they told me I needed a new one Bc it's not updated... lady talked with me and said the price I was paying which is $223 then I go to check out it's $406.. never comming back again ..

Staff was very nice and friendly. Didn't wait long to be seen. However, I came in for a toothache and After a full evaluation,x-rays, a referral to someone else and $85 later ... still left with more pain than I came in with from all the poking and prodding. Literally No treatment whatsoever for the root cause of my visit. Not even an antibiotic for the infection in my tooth.

I went in with a tooth ache on one specific molar. Rana specifically said she didn't know which tooth was the issue so she was going to work on both, which I trusted her judgement. Had to have root canal done at a different location and getting two crowns, one which was completely not necessary and draining me of all I had. I went back for the crown placement, the dentist she had there at the time, she was on leave, didn't know what he was doing and shaved a molar so much I'm now having to do a root canal and crown. Which, I can not afford because she didn't know what she was doing and took all my money. So now the tooth has to be pulled due to the incompetence of her ability and the other dentist. Overall the company is nothing but drama with all the employees. Rana mistreated the employees on many occasions when I was there. Think twice before coming here.

Means allot to be able to get me in seen the same day I called on a Thursday and be able to start my work on my mouth the following work day on a Monday all at a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! They will charge you for services that they never performed. They will charge you for services that they never discussed with you. They charged me almost $400 for something that we never even talked about. For over a year, I called them repeatedly to ask them what they were charging me for. They never had an answer, but told me they would call me back. They never called back. They just kept resending the bill. So I kept calling them. Again, they never had an answer. Then they sent the bill to collections. Guess what happened to my credit score. It dropped by 81 points!!! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR FAKE SERVICES AND IT WILL MESS UP YOUR CREDIT EVEN IF YOU DISPUTE IT WITH EVERYONE!

My appointment was at 10 and I tried the door at 9:59, and it didn't open. I called 4-5 times and I even left a message. I sat in my car outside for 30 minutes and I even saw a lady inside come and mess with the door and so I thought she unlocked it I went up to the door pulled it and it was still locked, I called again and no answer again, I left a message and waited ten more minutes. Then I decided to leave rip.

Absolutely terrible! My first appointment went fine, they charged me for varnish which I didn't ask for, but other than that it went ok. Then my wife went in and over the course of several months and multiple days off work, they finally "fixed" her problem. It only took that long because they kept ordering the wrong crown. Today, I went in for my appointment which I confirmed a few days ago and received multiple reminders on just to find out they are CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS! They never called, emailed, texted, or communicated to me in any way that this was the case and I only found out from a piece of paper taped to the front of the building. I had to take time off my job for nothing! Rest assured we will not be giving them our business anymore.
