Born and raised in Atlanta Georgia, Dr. Lee spent most of his early life living in Duluth with his family. Both Dr. Lee's mother and sister had careers in dentistry, which prompted Dr. Lee's interest in becoming a dentist while in college. After graduating from SAU where he received his Bachelor'sDegree, Dr. Lee earned hisDoctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), from the Medical College of Georgia Dental School in Augusta Georgia. Dr. Lee is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Lee is married to the former Danielle Williams. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling, cooking and golf, as well as exploring neighboring cities and cultures. Dr. Lee is grateful for the opportunity to serve the dental needs of the local residents of Acworth and surrounding communitiesofCobb, Bartow, Paulding, and Cherokee counties.
Born and raised in Cobb County, Alicia has lived in the Acworth community her entire life. She attended school at Allatoona High where she developed an interest in dentistry.Alicia graduated from dental assisting school in 2013, and has worked in various fields of dentistry during her career. She is well versed in dental implant services, endodontics, oral surgery, and general dentistry.Alicia is knowledgeablewith dental insurance, and is a patient advocate.Since joining our dental office in January 2017, Alicia has proven herself to be a valuable team player. She has a true love for learning and serving her patients.Alicia enjoys exercising, hiking, fishing, cooking and spending time with her family.She spends her free time outdoors with her 2 rescue dogs.
Lisa grew upin Douglasville, GA. Originally from Port Charlotte, Florida, Lisa began her dental career after attending West Georgia TechnicalCollege for 2 years where she graduated as a certified dental assistant. Lisa worked as an assistant and gained invaluable experienceand knowledge of dentistry. In 2002 Lisa changed her career directions and moved into front office management, where she worked closelywith patients regarding their insurance and accounts.Lisa loves getting to know patients and makes it her priority to take care of them, and make them feel welcomed when they come into the dental office. Lisa enjoys taking dental CE classes to further her knowledge and to assist with patient care. Lisa is married to Ted and they have one daughter, Jensen, and new grandson, Pierce. Lisa is a swim instructor, teaching 3 year olds and up. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.
Jill is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and has been a dental assistant for over 30 years. Jill started her career in the early 1980s where she worked and trained as an assistant at the Case Western Reserve Dental School in Ohio. During her training she discovered that her passion was in Prosthetics. She appreciates how a patients self-esteem and smile can be improved with proper dental care.In 1996 after moving to Georgia, Jill continued with her dental career as an assistant with Dr. John Meek in Acworth. She worked as his assistant until his retirement in 2015. Jill feels fortunate to have joined our dental team here with Dr. Lee in December 2015.Along with her husband, David, and son, Grant, she lives on a farm in Rydal, Georgia. She enjoys organic farming, raising animals, horses and the wonderful country life.
Tiffany is a lifelong resident of Paulding County graduating from Floyd College in 1994 with an Expanded Duties Dental Assisting Certificate. She started her dental career as a chairside assistant 22 years ago, 17 of those years spent in Acworth.She enjoys spending time with family and friends at the beach or in the woods hiking. She has been married to Scott for 23 years. Tiffany has a cat called Nugget who she rescued. She is grateful for the opportunity to have joined Dr. Lee and his team and looks forward to serving the community for years to come.
Kodi graduated from Georgia Highlands in 2008 with an AS in Dental Hygiene and board licensure as an RDH. Prior to joining Dr. Lee and staff she worked in a pediatric practice that specialized in allaying dental fears/phobias. She truly enjoys serving patients in this realm. She loves to learn new dental therapies and medical breakthroughs through continuing education. As a hygienist, the ability to help prevent systemic disease through proper oral hygiene is both fascinating and highly motivating. The high self-esteem that a healthy smile creates is an amazing bonus!Outside the office, Kodi enjoys family time with her husband and young daughter. She also enjoys travel, reading, crafting, ballet and other forms of dance.
Dawn has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She started as a dental assistant and continued her career into hygiene. Dawn earned an Associates Degree from West Central Technical College. She has lived in Acworth for 16 years with her husband David. They have a 13 year old son Joshua, 9 year old daughter Natalie and a 14 year old Beagle named Chloe. Dawn loves spending time with her friends and family.Dawn spends a lot of time on continuing education and learning new techniques that can be implemented into the dental office setting. 'We 're in the business to help you love your smile!' Dawn is so excited to be a part of Dr. Lee 's team!

Dr. Lee and his staff are very friendly and welcoming. I went in for a cleaning and Dawn was the best! She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. She ensured that I was physically comfortable and also expalined everything we did from start to finish. She was patient and took really good care of my teeth! Dr. Lee was also very nice and took time to throughly explain why I should consider any future work. He expressed his concerns and gave suffient information so that I can make an informed decision! I loved that! I was extremely pleased with their service, and booked my follow-up appointment that same day! It was very refreshing to recieve such great quality service from start to finish! Overall, my teeth felt and looked amazing, I was comfortable, very informed and did not feel rushed! I highly recommend checking out Dr. Lee if you're shopping for a new dentist!

I was so impressed. I chipped a front tooth. In one visit he fixed it with a filling and it looks perfect! The price was super affordable. They didn't make me do a bunch of stuff I didn't want. Visit was painless. Everyone was nice. They got me in and out in a timely manner! Will definitely be using Dr Lee again!

An amazing dental office, very professional. Extremely safe, clean and everything was done in a timely manner. All employees and the building itself seemed to function strictly by the CDC guidelines which I was pleasantly surprised by. Will definitely be going back for future dental visits!

I visited Dr. Lee's office months (maybe over a year?) ago to have a broken filling fixed. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Dr. Lee was also quite friendly, but our initial conversation put me on edge. After learning that I'm a biology professor, Dr. Lee started grilling me on how the COVID vaccine - administered into someone's arm - could work to prevent infection with an airborne pathogen. He also expressed the opinion that as more people get the flu shot, more people seem to get the flu. Now, a basic understanding of how vaccines work - and that they prevent infection, they don't increase it - is something I expect of any healthcare provider. Next, as he looked in my mouth, Dr. Lee commented to his assistant on multiple fillings he'd like to fix/replace in the future. I do have a mouthful of dental work, and I know it won't last forever. But the dentists I've seen since then haven't suggested that these fillings are failing. I also know that with each replacement of a filling, more tooth has to be drilled away, so the sooner old dental work is replaced, the sooner I'll end up needing something more serious, like a crown. Thus, hearing about the multiple fillings Dr. Lee wanted to replace made me wary. Finally, I have a history of having difficulty getting numb. Dr. Lee's first injection didn't do the trick, and when I told him this, he seemed a bit reluctant to give me another. He asked if I wanted more anesthetic or if I could just bear with it while he drilled. It's absolutely my fault that I didn't press for more anesthetic, but I'm a nervous dental patient, and my anxiety sometimes makes it hard for me to stand up for myself in the chair. I'd prefer a dentist who more willingly offers more anesthetic if I'm feeling the drill. (Since then, I have found such a dentist and am completely comfortable with her.) This review is certainly the outlier in a long list of extremely positive ones. Everyone in the office is very welcoming and friendly, and I wouldn't necessarily advise someone not to go here. But it might not be the right place for someone with lots of fillings and lots of dental anxiety, like me.

I typically loathe going to the dentist but after putting it for far to long I was recommended to go see Dr. Daniel Lee. I wish I had gone sooner. This office is top tier when it comes to dental work. Staff is caring and professional. Dr Lee is a very patient , kind and a miracle worker dentist . Would give this establishment ten stars if I could.

Dr. Lee and his staff are awesome! I'm a relatively new patient and feel so grateful to have found a gentle dentist who is knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Lee takes time to bond with his patients and is so personable. I greatly appreciate that he is thorough with exams and prioritizes the necessary dental work that needs to be done and what I can do to maintain good dental health. Last year I had a dental emergency and was scheduled promptly. Dr. Lee assessed and treated the problem quickly without my experiencing any pain. He contacted me that same evening to find out how I was doing. The office staff is so professional and outgoing with smiles every time I come in for visits.
