Dr. Destiny Isbell is dedicated to providing careful, beautiful and comfortable dentistry for her patients. She believes that dentistry is a life-long commitment for both the patient and the dental provider. Dr. Isbell provides all types of comprehensive dentistry for her patients, but has a passion for complex restorative and cosmetic dentistry cases.

Dr. Isbell received her undergraduate degree from the University of West Georgia, where she graduated suma cum laude with a focus in biological and chemical sciences. While at West Georgia, she was a member of the biologic research honors society, a proud member of Kappa Delta sorority and in a number of on campus clubs and activities. After earning her bachelors degree, Dr. Isbell attended Georgia Regents University, formerly the Medical College of Georgia, College of Dental Medicine. Throughout her educational career, Dr. Isbell has earned numerous scholarships and awards, including an award from both the state and national chapters of the Academy of General Dentistry.

Dr. Richard W. Waddell is a native of Acworth, Georgia. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 2007 achieving honor in Microbiology. In 2011, Dr. Waddell received his dental degree from the University of Southern California earning membership to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society. After dental school, he furthered his education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency where he became skilled in cosmetics, Invisalign, implants, root canals and TMJ/botox. He is passionate about building long relationships with his patients and creating a confident smiles.

Dr. Waddell has served the United States Air Force for the past 10 years and deployed in 2018. While serving in the military Dr. Waddell completed hundreds of hours of continuing education. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the International Academy of Facial Aesthetics and is a Pankey Institute Alumni. He has been married to his wife Ashley since 2013 and has a daughter named Madison. In his free time, he enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs attending festivals, grilling out and playing golf.

Dr. Frank received his DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. While at the University of Pennsylvania he received a scholarship to the Graduate School of Education, where he earned an MSEd in higher education.

As part of his training, Dr. Frank holds active membership with multiple organizations that focus on improving both clinical and care standards. He is actively involved in the community and believes that the connection between a dentist and patient is more about overall health than just healthy teeth.

Dr. Toub completed his undergraduate studies at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada. He continued his academic career at the University of Pennsylvania, where he received his DMD degree. His unique vision of dentistry led him to pursue and complete his Masters of Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvanias School of Medicine.

Dr. Toub followed his training with a General Practice Residency at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, where he completed training in advanced dental implantology, cosmetic dentistry and IV conscious sedation. His ability to offer sedation dentistry provides his patients with a more peaceful and relaxing experience.

Dr. Toub is affiliated with the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Outside of his professional life, Dr. Toub enjoys traveling, playing sports and spending time with his family.

Dr. Shahriari completed his undergraduate training at Emory University with a BS in biology. After receiving his Masters in Public Health from Emory University in Epidemiology and International Health, Dr. Shahriari worked for the CDC for three years. He also served as a consultant to the World Health Organization for eradication of the polio virus in Bihar, India. He received his DMD from the University of Pennsylvania with multiple awards for his research and volunteer work in Songea, Tanzania. He received his specialty certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery from Emory University.

As a result of his extensive research and academic interests, Dr. Shahriari has presented multiple articles at national and international meetings. He is actively engaged in research projects involving different aspects of maxillofacial surgery. He speaks three languages (English, Spanish and Persian) and believes that the most important and rewarding part of his work is the care of his patients. His philosophy is to approach treatment through the perspective of the patient, emphasizing that good communication is essential for exceptional care and a trusting, long-lasting relationship.
