Dr. Atassi has more than twenty years of experience in the field of periodontics and dental implants. He earned his dental degree from Tufts University and his specialty training from Louisiana State University. He has two master degrees, and he is a diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.
He has several publications in refereed and in peer-reviewed journals. While most of his time is devoted to private practice, he also lectured on Esthetics and Dental Implants as an invited speaker at both national and international meetings.

Our doctors use advanced technology to ensure the accuracy of implant treatment. Using a state-of-the-art 3D CT scanner, they capture detailed 360-degree views of the patients entire mouth and jaw, including nerves and bone density. Special 3D software allows the doctors to map out the exact location and angle of each implant, simulating the entire procedure. The use of 3D imaging and planning make the procedure efficient and minimally invasive.

I admit that I haven't had the best experience with a periodontist until I found Dr Atassi. From day one, he and his staff have been thoughtful, kind, caring and professional. They have made my experience so far a great one.

I had my wisdom tooth extracted and was so worried about it before like was it going to hurt and just worries when I say Dr Atassi did a amazing job and all my worries was gone he made my experience a breeze. Rose was amazing as well and just everyone there makes you feel comfortable thank you all. I have three more to go and no longer scared about it see you all soon.

My experience with Dr. Atassi was wonderful. I am a big baby and he made me feel very comfortable along with his assistant. He was very gentle putting my new posts in. And explaining everything to me. All my questions after the surgery they answered with a smile. Rosa is an inspiration to the office. Very friendly and all ways smiling.

I have had a wonderful experience at Acura Dental. The first time I went into the office I was greeted with high energy and great attention by the staff! Dr Amer Atassi took the time to examine my situation and come up with a game plan that he thought would make the best out come. I ended up going in 2 different times, one for implats placement and another for gum grafting. Dr Atassi impressed me both times, both surgeries we're absolutely painless, even the anesthesia shots did not give me any discomfort. I honestly highly recommend Dr Atassi, he is a true professional! Trust me, you won't be disappointed with his performance. Had major mouth surgery done at this office and Dr. Atassi as well as staff were all amazing. Very compassionate and caring. They take time to talk to you regarding your issues/concerns without making you feel rushed. Love this office and would recommend to all my family and friends.
