Dr. Kronenwett was awarded a Bachelor of Science degree in microbiology from The University of Rhode Island. He continued his studies at Tufts School of Dental Medicine where, upon graduation, he was presented with the Complete Prosthesis Prize for excellence in prosthetics. He then went on to complete his general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire.
He is dedicated to learning the most advanced dental treatments available and has continued his education with postdoctoral continuing education at Tufts Dental School, Boston University School of Graduate Dentistry, and the Institute for Advanced Dental Studies.
A member of Acton Dental Associates since 1992, Dr. Kronenwett has brought his expertise in prosthetic dentistry and cosmetic dentistry to our family of patients. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Emerson Dental Study Club.
Dr. Kronenwett has been a Massachusetts resident for the past18 years. He and his wife Julie have a house full of kids and critters. Their three boys Rick, Sean, and Patrick share their space with Petee the dog, Rocky the turtle, Fang the Bearded Dragon and 200 fish!
Dr. Kronenwett is a parishioner of St. Elizabeths Church and a volunteer dentist with the Chernobyl Childrens Program. He counts among his favorite pastimes boating, fishing, Corvettes, working out, and watching his sons play football, lacrosse and basketball.
Dr. Block has a passion for dentistry and a strong commitment to providing the best possible care to his patients. Youll never feel slighted, unwelcome, or ignored. He believes that learning is limitless and continues to pursue excellence. He attends many advanced continuing education courses to ensure he stays on top of the latest techniques and technology.
Dr. Block is a member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
He received an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Tulane University in 1997, where he was a walk-on for the Division 1 tennis team. He earned his DMD from the Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale in 2002, and then completed a two-year Dental Implantology residency at Boston University in 2004. He received a perfect score on the clinical portion of the Northeast Dental licensing exam.
He is one of a select group of dentists who have been trained in both the latest surgical and restorative phases of dental implants. He is highly experienced with the latest 3-D technology and computer guided implant planning techniques and has created his own digital work flow. He is also a former instructor at the Boston University Department of Implantology.
Dr. Block enjoys living in Acton and being part of the community. When not in the office, youll probably find him on the tennis court, practicing yoga, or spending time with his wife Sooann and children Charlotte and Axel.
