I went in for a routine exam and cleaning. I believe I was supposed to see another dentist but I had Dr. ISGRIGG who literally looked at one tooth (because I mentioned sensitivity) and then took off. She was even ignoring the hygienist when she was trying to ask if she wanted to come back and talk to me about the x-ray. Extremely unimpressed with the cold shoulder. Will not be taking my family there as I had been hoping to.

Dr. Chad Lagaly and his team are outstanding. If you and your family live in and/or near the Cypress area you need to set an appointment w/ the Active Life Dentistry family. My wife Marissa and I have eight children and all ten of us will be making Active Life Dentistry our new home. We have had many dentists in our past but nothing compares to the kind hearted and professional staff of ALD Cypress.

I'm terrified of going to the dentist. My previous dentist retired and I found ALD through my insurance. I put my faith in these good reviews and I'm so relieved and finally getting the care I need. Dr Isgrigg is absolutely amazing!!! I may or may not have cried a smidge on my first visit but it was only because she made me feel so comfortable and safe. What an amazing human, I appreciate her kindness and patience more than she'll ever know. The hygienists have been great, I've already been in multiple times to get things squared away and every visit has been wonderful. The front desk is efficient and personable. The office is really lovely and clean. I'm so glad to have found Dr Isgrigg and this team!

Active Life Dentistry is amazing. We finally switched to ALD after getting fed up with our previous dentist and now we can't believe we waited so long. The staff is very polite and professional. Facilities are clean and welcoming. And the biggest thing is the efficiency. These guys get you in and out in an expedient fashion. Seen on time, some pleasant small talk, thorough cleaning, dentist comes in with some more small talk, quick check and then out the door right at about 30 minutes after you came in. Thanks to Dr. Lagaly and the team at ALD, these guys are solid gold!

Just finished up with my forth visit after having a root canal and a crown replaced. I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. Lagley. Everytime I walk in, the staff knows my name immediately (hopefully for good reasons lol) and the hygienist from previous visits seek me out to say hi. It's the little things that make me feel like I'm in good hands here. Dr Lagley is a good guy all around. He explains everything step by step and shows compassion. I actually look forward to visiting this place and seeing the staff. I would give this place a 10/10. If you need a good dentist with affordable pricing and great people, look no further. These people are the best! Thank you Dr. Lagley and staff.
