Do not go to this dentist office. The dentist is is rude and for some reason if you post a bad review and tell people about your experience they will remove it.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing solutions by priority. I had a dental emergency and my insurance showed them as one preferred provider. Theresa did a great job and Dr. Mason was very professional and kind. I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very nice to me. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous, and friendly staff made me feel like family... I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Like a lot of people I really don't enjoy going to the dentist but was so thankful I found Dr. Trey Patterson and staff at Active Life. They have been extremely helpful with any concerns regarding treatment and contacting my insurance company when needed. I have had a lot of dental work in the past and I highly recommend Dr. Patterson and staff. Lots of great locations too.

I am the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist, but I finally found a dentist AND staff that make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Mason and his staff at the Bridgeland location.

All went well except I noticed after my teeth were cleaned I felt sharp places on the back of my bottom teeth as if tartar was missed while cleaning.

Ms. Debbie that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional. If someone states that their name was mispronounced, she shouldn't proceed to say " yeah and so on" . That's poor customer service skills . She could've had said " my apology for the mispronunciation" . Not only she and another staff are having miscommunication about my appointment time and private information I gave. Debbie was very confused on what was going on. I've decided to not visit here and take my visit elsewhere.
