The staff was very professional and courteous. They were very informative. Staff was very patient and respectful with my mother that has dementia. Dr. Edwards was very nice and informative. Had a very pleasant office visit.

Everything was great except for how long I had to wait in the lobby after my appt. time to be brought back to a room. My appt. was at 1:00 and I sat there until 1:25. I take my lunch hour from work to go to such appts., and I my time is as valuable as any doctor/dentist, etc. I was away from the office for an hour and a half, and obviously it should've only been an hour: my lunch hour. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they were overbooked or understaffed and will go back, but if it happens next time I will probably try another office in town. I did like everyone there. They were all friendly, professional, and my teeth are clean, which was the goal!

I'm new to Gatesville and had not yet established dental care when I had a crown unexpectedly come off the evening of 12/28/21. I had seen Acre Wood Dental recommended on local Gatesville Facebook pages so decided to go by the office the next day to get a feel for them and see if they could help me out. I had a great experience with the friendly office reception and Dr. Robert Edward's was able to see me and quickly fix my crown and he assessed it would last a few more years! I was there less than an hour! I felt very fortunate considering it was a holiday week! I've booked a future appointment. Looks like I have a dentist! Thank you all

Can't say enough good things about Acre Wood Dental. All staff and Docs are really caring and take the time to explain everything to you. Love the atmosphere and the "real" attention they give you. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

I hate going to the dentist but after we found Acre Wood a few years ago, it isn't a problem to remember appointments. The staff is genuinely concerned about your comfort and how appropriate your treatment is for your lifestyle and expectations. Dr. Rob is always upbeat and has a smile and encouraging word for everyone. I don't know where they find their hygenists but they find the BEST. Sarah, hanks for a great cleaning with no guilt!!

For people outside of the Gatesville area, this Acre Wood location is worth the extra driving! You will quickly find out that Dr. Edwards and his team have the experience and knowledge coupled with hospitality and a chair-side manner that is second to none. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rob listens to you and then acts accordingly. I have super-sensitive teeth. So this is very important to me. The entire staff is thoughtful and kind. You are not just a paycheck to them. You are a fellow human being and are treated kindly and as a partner in your care. I am truly grateful to have found this dentist office.
