For over a decade, Dr. Adrian Acosta has owned Acosta Dental Arts in North Palm Beach. Dr. Adrian Acosta became a dentist because he wanted a profession that combined both human science and artistry. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a bachelors degree, then advanced to the UConn School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. He continued to NOVA Southeastern University, where he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Dr. Acosta began practicing dentistry in 2001 and started Acosta Dental Arts in 2009.
Dr. Acosta loves to learn and sharpen his skills. He does well over three times the continuing education hours required in Florida to maintain his dental license. He is also a member of the Seattle Study Club, the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA), the American Academy of Facial Esthetics (AAFE), and the American Dental Association (ADA).

I just moved to FL and was looking for a dentist, and thought I would give Acosta Dental a try, and went for a check up on Oct. 4th 2022. I have been going to dentists all my life. It is the first time ever 21 x-rays were taken plus a whole mouth scan. I was told I needed special cleaning and charged $150 which the insurance did not cover. My insurance that I pay for, covers 3 cleanings a yr, but the way this was coded and worded, it was not covered. I am sorry, this cleaning was no different than all the other cleanings I have ever had (other than deep cleaning which this was not). I have asked repeatedly for a dental plan but have not received it. What I have received is a few requests for deep cleaning via calls and txt messages, which will cost me out of pocket $250+/quadrant. I was told I should get this done right away. Since there are 4 quadrants it cost me $1000 out of pocket. However, when I check with my Insurance co. this should cost me much much less. I wanted to get some work done before the end of the year that would be covered, and that request was ignored. Today I decided not to go back to this dentist and seek another dentist. Do yourself a favor and find another dentist, this place is just about making money.

I was coming from another dentist that I wasn't happy with and Dr. Acosta and his team made me feel not only welcome but so at ease especially after my nightmare at another practice. Dr. Acosta listened to needs and concerns and was incredibly gentle when performing the consultation, X-rays, and impressions of my teeth. He went over all my options and our next steps and even though he had to refer me out to an endodontist for my root canal, he went above and beyond to make sure they were able to visit me in IMMEDIATELY and stressed how much pain I was in. He even told his receptionist that if they couldn't get me in right away to let him know and he would contact them personally. Talk about a great doctor... I will 10,000% be switching to Dr. Acosta and his staff for my general dentistry and couldn't be happier with the service provided. Thank you Dr. Acosta & team!

Dr. Acosta and his team are professional, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. They care about the patient's comfort. They use advanced technology to aid in the diagnosis of issues and for planning care. Dr. Acosta takes whatever time is needed and fully discusses care options and answers questions. Absolutely amazing family owned dentist office. Dr. Acosta is so kind and he fixed my chip tooth extremely fast. I was only greeted with smiles. This is the only place I'll go now for any dental care!

I have been a patient at Acosta Dental Arts for approximately ten years. When I first came to the office for a cleaning a cracked tooth was found. X- rays done at that time determined that I had a cavity in the middle of my tooth. Not only in one tooth, but in several teeth that I had the amalgam (silver color) fillings replace the year before by a different dentist who did not clean out my teeth all the way before inserting the new filling. Dr Acosta replaced all those fillings and I have not had any problems with the new fillings all these years. I had to have a crown on one of my teeth about 5 year ago, Dr Acosta was a very gentile during the procedure and when he gave me the injection to numb mouth it somehow did not hurt like I thought it should. He also takes a lot of dental certifications and was able to do my root canal without me having to make an additional appointment with an oral surgeon. Brianna has been my dental hygienist for several years now. She is thorough yet gentile. The whole staff is friendly and does an outstanding job.
