Dr. Ngoc Khuu, as well as her professional staff, believes in educating and informing the patient about their dental health. This allows the patient to make the right treatment choice for their dental needs.
On a personal note, Dr. Khuu grew up in Houston where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed two years of General Practice Residency in New York where she was a Chief Resident. Dr. Khuu returned to her hometown Houston where she feels privileged to be able to provide the best dental care for her patients.

I absolutely loved Dr. Khuu and her office staff!!! They were all so friendly and thorough. Explained everything so well and very patient with me. I was so skeptical of seeing another dentist since the last dentist I saw 5-6 years ago closed down his office with NO notice and left me and tons of his other patients with unfinished work that we'd paid upfront already! I contacted Acorn Dental since they were in my network and read the great reviews on Dr. Khuu and her office staff. They were able to get me in the next day and I was NOT at all disappointed with my visit! They've definitely gained another loyal patient for many more years to come! Had to write this review the min I stepped out of their office while sitting in my vehicle before I forgot. They all deserve wonderful praises!

I am not a big fan of going to any dental office until I found this one. Our whole family comes to see Dr. Khuu for our routine check-ups and cleanings. She has great bedside manners, patient, kind and is wonderful with kids. The staff is very friendly and professional. The office is also exceptionally clean.

I have been taking my kid here for years but in a recent visit they left my son with really bad gum pain. He wasn't able to sleep the night after due to the pain. Never coming again!

This is one of the BEST Dental spot in Houston. I grew up in Spring Branch and now that i live in Richmond i still come back! AND they are open on Saturday!

The hygienist is very nice as well as the assistant and the dentist. Very friendly office, they're quick with verifying your insurance as well. The office is very clean.

My whole family goes to Acorn Dental to see Dr. Khuu and we love her and the whole staff. They are all extremely friendly and there's never a long wait. The office is very clean and bright. My kids have being going there since they were toddlers and she does a great job with kids as well. They are never scared of going to the dentist. That says a lot! Highly recommend this office!

We have been going here for over 7 yrs and absolutely LOVE this place!!! Very professional staff and always extremely thorough with the check ups and cleanings. Everyone is so patient with my two young daughters; always ensuring they are comfortable and well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this dental office for all families!!

Dr. K is the best! I've been going there over 10 years. I moved to Waco almost 3 years ago and make the trip to Houston for my appointments. It's worth the trip. Everybody there is 5 stars. JC

My experience was terrific. I was running late but the staff was still so kind and accommodating. The support staff and doctor and hygienist were all thoughtful, gentle, and very thorough. Costs were made clear. They were so accommodating and fit in my cavity fillings the same day even!
