Dr. Karim Allahdina (Dr. A) graduated at the top of his dental class, going on to specialize in orthodontics at the world-renowned orthodontics residency program at Saint Louis University, where he served as president of his class. While in residency, Dr. A was awarded a fellowship by the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation for his meritorious research in compliance during orthodontic treatment.
Dr. A. specializes in creating beautiful smiles with braces and Invisalign. As an expert on aesthetics and the function of the teeth, he focuses particular attention on creating a beautiful, lasting smile with a healthy bite.
Ive always enjoyed art and science as a child. And orthodontics truly requires both. What I love about being an orthodontist is the ability to completely transform not only the smile, but also the confidence and self-esteem of the patients that I treat. Dr. Josh Lee is originally from San Diego, California and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He then attended the University of Southern California School of Dentistry. Dr. Lees orthodontic training was subsequently completed at one of the best orthodontic programs in the country, the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southwest Society of Orthodontics, and the Texas Orthodontic Study Club.

Just got my braces off and I love my teeth. My brother and I both went here, everyone who worked here was professional but fun to talk with, they always made sure the atmosphere wasn't super tense or uncomfortable. Amazing service, would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to get braces.

Everyone from the front desk to the doctor's assistants, and the Doctor are giving an excellent service. They took the time to answer all my questions and explained all the procedures very clearly. The place looks reasonable cleaned. I would definitely recommend this business to have your braces done. 10/10

I would highly recommend this place to anyone considering getting braces. The entire staff here from the receptionist, orthodontist & staff are all friendly and really care about giving you excellent care and service. I really appreciate the orthodontist who put my lower braces on today. I was feeling emotional about my husband taking a job out of state for the next six months. She was so kind, compassionate and her encouragement meant a lot to me! Thank you for your kindness towards me & for reminding me where my strength comes from!

My daughter liked the staff and felt comfortable. They made it fun for her while singing along to the Frozen soundtrack while getting her braces on. Front office staff is really nice and very professional.

My initial visit went well even though I was behind sched a few minutes the staff was very hospitable- and Dr. Karim Allahdina (Dr. A) was kind when answering all my questions.

Always fast and super friendly. Easiest and best treatment ever for any of my kids! I've been to 3 other Orthodontist's for myself and my kids and I wish I would have known about them sooner. No hidden fees, straight to the point and very helpful!

Amazing! I never thought I'd be saying this... but I'm over 40 and decided to fix my overbite- I wish I had done this sooner. I had many consults before committing and no one could really beat Aces price. Everyone has been really helpful and honest about the process. I'm only 6 months in and have seen a massive change in the position of my teeth. I've really not had much problems but , I also do follow the recommendations and haven't had any accidents with my braces. I have a professional clean every 3 months and find this helps a lot with maintaining. All the staff are very friendly and considerate. It's also very easy to book/ rebook appointments when needed. My questions and concerns have been so far acknowledged and addressed. Thank you Aces for your excellent service.
