I had a tooth break on a Friday afternoon and a had to fly out on an extended trip on Saturday afternoon. They got me in at 8:00 AM on Saturday morning and were friendly, efficient, and painless. I love This group! I will be referring my friends to Ace Care Dental.

Dr. Cho and his team are the absolute best! Started coming here after I chipped my tooth on a Friday night and no other dentist was in network and open on Saturdays! Dr. Cho made it a priority to squeeze me in for a same day appointment when I called first thing Saturday Morning, not only that, but he had offered to do my cleaning as well. I've been going ever since. Here are some of my favorite things about this place: He and his team are super efficient, and I am usually out of there in less than an hour (I once had a cleaning done on my hour lunch break, and was still back to work on time). He and his team are super focused on making your experience as comfortable as possible. I was really nervous for my first major dental work (root canal) and his assistant staff were super reassuring. Dr. Cho kept checking in throughout the procedure to make sure that I was comfortable, and was alert to any kind of facial movement that would indicate I was uncomfortable, regardless of how small that discomfort might be (E.g., My jaw was fatigued from holding it open and he put a little bite thing in so I could relax and it would hold it open for me). Or even something as small as putting some numbing gel on my gums and letting that numb BEFORE injecting the local anesthetic. Overall, making sure I was comfortable as possible was his main priority. He and his team are attentive! While he is super efficient, and it's not uncommon for him to go help someone else while you're waiting for something (E.g., waiting to get numb), it's never in a way that makes you feel unattended to. He makes sure that he answers all of your questions and concerns, and never leaves you hanging. He and his team are extremely friendly and kind. I never felt judged for anything. I recently had a root canal for a tooth that had been dead over 10 years (I had extensive trauma when I was younger, but never had dental insurance to address it). He never once made me feel shame for not taking care of it sooner (I didn't have insurance until I was 21), and was able to save the original tooth! The front desk/assistant staff members are SO friendly, and I absolutely love their vivacious energy! I have LOVED coming here and I will not go anywhere else. I recommend him to any person that I know is looking for a dentist!

Dr Cho and his team are very skilled and work hard to make my visit a pleasant one. I had a Crown done this time and a big effort was made to make the procedure as painless and comfortable as possible. They will work with you and your insurance company to make it affordable also. Doc Cho is a awesome dentist. I'm so glad my husband told me to start going to him. My other family members go to him as well. You will not be disappointed to make him your dentist. He knows what he is doing and makes you feel comfortable... especially if you have anxiety issues with the dentist.

Staff are all extremely kind from the front desk and the back as well as the doctor. Haven't been to the dentist in almost 7 years and this was a much better experience than I remember. Definitely recommend your next cleaning to be at AceCare.

Dr. Cho is awesome he takes time to go over the details of work that needs to be done.. The staff are absolutely sweet. Always smiling . I highly recommend Acecare Dental so much in fact my entire family is being treated by Dr. Cho. Thank so Dr. Cho.

Staff and dentist are wonderful and very professional. The receptionist is very knowledgeable about insurances and they would be straight forward about prices and will explain insurance coverage in detail. Their prices for self pay are very reasonable and they work a payment plan for you. I referred all my family members, lots of co-workers and friends. Another plus is that they have two locations and they are open on Saturday. Scheduling is a breeze compare to other dental offices

I'm so disappointed with the way my experience has been this year, and it's time I look for a new dentist. My frustrations come from numerous visits over a three-month period. Although I don't live close to their Oviedo location, I have stayed dedicated to them for years. However, after them trying to reschedule my appointment twice (one I was forced to agree with because they weren't ready) and miscommunication on procedure quotes, I can't rely on them anymore. I shouldn't have to ask in three separate visits when I could get a quote. Also, they used to be quick with their service, but I recently had to wait an hour on a work day and that doesn't work for me. While they're open on Saturdays, they're limited on availability with situations like mine where they need to reschedule my appointments last minute. I'm not sure if they're overbooking, overestimating the time it takes to get what they need, or they just don't care about their patients like they used to. It shouldn't take three months for me to get my teeth fixed. I was so excited to get this done and have saved money to finally make this happen, but they keep prolonging it and I'm not happy with the experience anymore. I used to recommend Dr. Cho and his team to my friends, but I'll no longer be doing that.

I highly recommend Dr. Cho's dental office and my husband and I have been going there for a few years. He did an excellent job with my dental implant, as well as filling a chipped tooth. He always insures that you feel comfortable with a procedure and happy with the outcome. It's always easy to get a convenient appointment and you're attended to rightaway. His staff is top notch, from the friendly receptionist, to each one his dental technicians. You won't be disappointed.

Dr Cho and staff are amazing! I have been seeing him for almost ten years now. Susie the receptionist is a staple, and Mary the assistant is my favorite. Dr Cho is compassionate and caring, and takes extra time with me knowing my aversion to needles and dental procedures. It's always a plus that they are open on Saturdays, especially when I know it is taking time from his sweet family. My whole family sees him and the office has watched my boys grow up through the years. Thank you Dr Cho and team for everything you have done for our family over the years! Now it's time to drag our 16yr old in for a check up!

I went for a new patient appt today and was very pleased. The Dr and staff where Efficient and had great communication skills with each other. I was in and out within an 1 hr which was amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist in over 6 years out of fear and he eased my mind and explained everything. Highly recommend this Dr and practice. I'm actually looking forward to my next appt.

The staff here are super friendly! I always have had a hard time finding or picking a dentist because most just want to overcharge me but the doctor here is amazing, nice, and did a great job on the dental services I needed. They are definitely my go-to dentistry from now on.

I recently had wisdom teeth removed. Dr Cho and his staff did a great job with pain free medication including the nitrous gas. The extractions were smooth and quick. In addition, Dr Cho goes the extra mile, by working on Saturdays, a rare phenomenon with most Dentists in the area.
