I went because a crown had broke. I had to wait six weeks to get an appointment for extraction. Went to Brockton for that. The dentist had great difficulty pulling what was left of tooth and it had a root canal. She let the other dentist try and they both struggled to get it out. They had to remove it in pieces. I developed a dry socket. Had a lot of pain and had to go back. Dentist cleaned area and put a medicated gauze inside the dry socket. Was told I would have to go back for dressing changes. I know it was a difficult extraction, so I can't really complain. My smoking afterwards probably didn't help. Initially, I gave one star, but I changed it to four because the dentist was concerned that I was in pain and he was willing to do what was necessary to accommodate me.

I went there for a broken tooth. I spent more time with the receptionist (wearing a t-shirt that said "Normal People Scare Me") who got the insurance estimate than I did with the dentist. The dentist never said so much as "Hi, I'm Dr X, nice to meet you." She looked at my tooth, confirmed I needed a crown, told me to see the receptionist, and walked out of the room. She did not bother to look at the rest of my mouth or ask if I had any other problems. I have not been to a dentist since at least 2016. No one said a word about scheduling me for a full check up or a teeth cleaning. No one asked if I had questions, not the technician, not the dentist. And the whole process went so quickly, there was no opportunity to speak up. I guess I'm committed on the crown now, but I will never go back there.

Worst dental office experience. Had to switch dentist because i switched job and my dentist and daughter's dentist don't accept the new insurance I have... When I came for my cleaning earlier this year, it literally took me more minutes to fill the form than it took the dentist and the assistant combine to attend to me. The dentist spent 35 secs with me and left. The assistant applied some paste within 2 mins and she was done. No cleaning whatsoever was done. I brought my daughter in again today and it was totally the same experience. The doctor spent 30 secs and was like she doesn't have any cavity and left. The assistant just applied some paste and that was it, no cleaning was done. Definitely never coming back

Went for a cleaning and was literally done in 7 minutes! My teeth felt no cleaner than when I started! Doctor and assistant seemed extremely uninterested! Won't be going back!

Ace dental is quite possibly the worst dentist on the south shore. After months of trying to get into weymouth endodontics for a referral that was given to me in December, I finally reached out for assistance and even possibly a new referral. The Weymouth manager Luana was rude and completely dismissed me during this phone call. I asked for a solution as the dentist who works on my teeth is now at a new location. An update or proper communication would have sufficed. I was told I basically need to call the Brockton office to solve the issue. Why would I need to call the Brockton office if I never go there? I am not traveling out of my way for a referral that could easily be fixed over the phone. The customer service at this dentist is absurd and do not expect an answer to any solutions. The communication with this company has always been lacking. I would not recommend this place unless you'd like to play phone tag with no solutions and a rude manager. After contacting the Brockton office multiple times after this phone call, thee Brockton branch did not answer. Awful business

Got a root canal a week ago and the tooth fell out two days later. Now there is nothing they can do for me. You can find much better dentists.

I had a great experience at Ace Dental this AM! Iwas my first time going here, after my other dentist had retired two years ago. I can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was (which is a funny thing to say about going to the dentist). Dr. Gosar was awesome! Very gentle but also thorough. The staff there were very nice and put me at ease. They took me in right away and even found time to apply some replacement bonding on my front tooth! See you in 6 months! UPDATE: 6 months has passed,, went again yesterday (10/11/31) and same excellent experience Thanks! Thanks passedThanks again, Brian

First time going to Ace dental, staff was friendly, and professional. Oops forgot to post this last time. So this is actually my 2nd visit to Ace and I am very happy with the service I received today for the same reasons stated above.

If I'm being honest! This place is really good everyone is friendly and they make me feel me feel like I'm at home . I got two root canals and I didn't feel anything I love this dental and I hope you give them a chance cause you won't be disappointed! If I can rate this place 1-10 I'll definitely say 10 ! The doctor is also one of the greatest - Maria

Went here the first time for a root canal! I am terrified of dentists but from my 1st phone call they were so friendly and accommodating. The root canal went great with NO PAIN or discomfort. I highly recommend.
