I had a visible customer service dispute with the staff here for the service rendered to me and after which people who witnessed it later told me that the staff had almost all recently been fired for pocketing money. I was not shocked. I was met with the very basic service given to someone with "my type" of insurance. As such that's how I was made to feel. I much rather undergo DMV waitlines than go through this more than obvious "we have the right to refuse service to anyone" treatment I received on July 27 2022. The doctor is a professional and my condolences for your staff; in 2013 I got my 4 wisdom teeth removed here plus had an additional root canal done. Its a pitty, but I had wonderful treatment by all at the time. However, this time around with entirely new staff I was given and exorbitant price range. I was quoted $400 for a mouth guard the first time I went, then I got a second opinion for all the other procedures and went with them instead. There they asked if I had a history of fearing dental work (which I dont) but I include it in this comment to show the contrast in care or lack there of from the front desk staff here. I eventually got all my dental work done at another place ($3000 well invested); I only came here for the night guard after the fact where they willy-nilly quoted me $300 this time. It was so ridiculous but I didnt mention that they forgot their initial quote was $400 when the aveg price for these in most dental offices range from at least $250. I wouldn't have left this review if they hadn't called to follow up if I was interested in a cleaning that my insurance had somehow denied "with them", but was for some magical reason "instantly approved" with the other provider I found. I told them I was not interested in getting a full priced cleaning considering how professional the front desk staff, Danielle had was. Also,the aforementioned individual said she would put me in contact with her office manager....it never happened. Even if I had wanted this more expensive dental treatment I was completely ignored unless I chose to pay out of pocket. Hilarious

My experience was simply great. I had a few procedures to take care of, including crown replacement, some issues with having open gaps, and deep cleaning. The staff were supportive, caring, and attentive. A very competent doctor, and hygienist was just great. I recommend these people with no hesitation.

I did have to wait about 1/2 hour but the office was down one staff member. Once I was taken back for X-Rays everything went very smooth. The doctor and staff remembered me by name and the staff members who did not know me were very friendly and professional.

Smooth and super fast removing my both bottom wisdoms and one on top.Very kind and profesional , I didn't get the doctors name but he was great explaining and going over the whole after process.I'm very happy with this office.alot of pain after but everything went well.Thank you all for taken care o me while I was still dizzy ! Great experience!

A little bit of a rough start. But overall a good experience. There was a mix up with my file when I came in for my appointment, but it was resolved and my appointment was rescheduled. I had some questions about my treatment and the doctor seemed rushed, but the manager came and explained everything very clearly & professionally. It's been a few days now and there has been no complications. Clean & friendly environment.
