Had a great experience! Was evaluated for extractions (will be done tomorrow). We set up a care plan for the future along with costs so I can prepare. The staff is so friendly and thorough. They also provided links for financial assistance. They have some great programs (for discounts) on dental work also. I picked a more expensive one (because the more it costs the better...right?) and they advised me that I didn't need the more expensive one because it did not fit my needs, refunded my money, and sold me the cheaper plan that fit my needs! That's unheard of. Can't say enough about how friendly the staff was.

Super rude staff, who were not careful or gentle even after I expressed how much pain I was in. And then when it came down to how much the procedure was, the person discussing the payment options wanted to get judge mental and say "you don't have $400 in your account?" Staff needs major empathy lessons.

The doctors bedside mannor is excellent! I was terrified to get a root canal but the doctor and her assistant were very calm, patient, and ensured that i was comfortable. It was a good experience and i look forward to continuing my treatment plan.

My child's treatment at this location was very pleasant. The front office checked me in as soon as we entered the office. Dr. Farrar was hesitant on performing treatment for my 6 year old, but she definitely underestimated her skills. My daughter seemed very comfortable with encouraging words from Dr. Farrar and the RDA Cindy.

Great office and they have several different options to help you pay for your services. I have no dental insurance so these helped a lot. They even have an ACE care plan that gets you 50% off services. They were very timely, I went to make an appointment and they were able to do an exam and 3 fillings that day. Thanks,ACE! The dentist restored my smile perfectly. I am grateful. Staff was very friendly and are interested in helping you all they can.

Friendly staff! Need work with appointment times. Just In the last couple of visits I waited almost 40 minutes after appointment time and another 12 after being took back to start anything. Then next one waited 32 minutes before called back. That can be frustrating when there is more on the to do list and arrangements made.

Jessica and Ashley were so amazing and helped my husband with his tooth emergency, they were able to get us in the same day and get his teeth removed the same day, they went above and beyond to help us out and I couldn't be more greatful
