Ask if they are 'In-Network' or 'Out-of-Network' for your dental insurance plan BEFORE they do an hour of x-rays and the exam you can't afford. Nice place but ask first.

I have been to this office multiple times and the one thing for sure they are extremely slow. They will call you in early for an appointment and leave you sitting in the back until past your appointment time. Currently I have been sitting in the back 50 minutes past my appointment time which I arrived 30 minutes early for. I have been numbed but still sitting here and the nurses say do I want to reschedule when my ENTIRE face is numb. This office really needs to do better with time management because I think they feel their patients have no life outside this office. To follow up I am now feeling severe pain where the filling was done. As if I nerve damage

Came in for a check up bc of issues that could no longer be ignored. Dr sonkar and her team took the best care of me. They made me feel comfortable and that the condition of my teeth didnt matter, bc I came in to do something about it. They helped me make sure that I was able to attain the funds needed to cover my procedure. Had to make a return trip bc I ended up messing up some of my stitches and the doc took care of me right away and was sympathetic to my pain.

I like this dentist place they are very Professional, and have a great since of humor. I never had a long wait time and they always put the care of tending to me very serious making sure I was alright. and I thank them for that. So if you want a Dentist office that care about you pay them a visit.

They where amsolutely amazing! Listened to me and helped me feel safe and understood. They calmed my nerves about my teeth and my depression. They understand mental health and work with you to make you feel valued.

Will not be going back here. Dentists were nice enough, but it took 2 hours of waiting before I was finally seen by anyone (just for X-rays and a referral). After X-rays I sat in a procedure room waiting. When the dentist finally talked to me they initially didn't listen when I asked for an endodontist referral. I had to push for the referral because it's the only way I'm getting a root canal procedure done. Then they had me stay in the procedure room while I waited for paperwork. This is probably why the initial wait was so long. I could have been in the waiting room for over half of my total appointment. People can't afford to spend all morning at the dentist. I had a babysitter to pay by the hour, others have work to get back to, or more appointments.

Lynnea & Dr. Sonkar were the Best Duo I could have ever asked for.. From the first day I came I felt very welcome by the ladies in the front! I felt like I've known these ladies for a long time and we just met They even let me pick my Netflix movie while I wait for my extractions and deep cleaning.. Dr. Sonkar was very aware of any type of facial gestures (painful) and did not hesitate to stop and massage if needed and was making sure I was okay to continue.. Very very clean in the office. I enjoyed this place and I will definitely make this my new home for dentistry work. thank you ladies. - Keke from Exxon on MLK

Had a good visit! Exam was very easy and the dental assistant Ms. Crystal was so nice, kind, and professional. Highly recommend especially Ms. Crystal as the dental assistant. Also the Dentist was very nice as well.

These guys routinely charge patients for services never provided. I've been receiving bills in mail for my son for past 3 months, despite him not visiting, much less receiving any treatment or services since covid kicked off over 2 years ago. Watch out for these guys.

I sat in the lobby for an hour before I finally went up to the desk to ask what was taking so long because I have other appointments?. They said I was supposed to go to the other side which no one ever told me. Then they said they couldn't verify my insurance which I know is valid. Do not come to this place unless you wanna sit there and wait for a doctor that's never gonna come.
