Welcome to Ace Dental, serving greater Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada area. Ace1 Dental Las Vegas was built from scratch and completed in April, 2005. Ace2 Dental Henderson was built also from scratch and completed in August, 2006.
When Dr. Robert Pham built his office, his goal was to make it a place where his patients feel like home. He doesnt want it to feel like a dental clinic or place where patients feel like they rather not be there. He understands that most dental patients are either not happy or look forward to come see their dentist. They rather spend their free time with family or doing anything else BUT having their teeth work on. Therefore, Dr. Pham wants to have a place where his patients feel inviting, welcome, and most importantly, comfortable when they are there.
Each treatment room also has nice and comfortable soft leather chair for patients to relax while having their teeth work on. Each treatment room is also equipped with large screen TV so patients can continue watching the same movie that they were watching in the waiting room.
What makes our office different than other dental offices is our wonderful staff. Dr. Pham is proud to have one of the best staff in town. Our staff are hired because of their personalities. Dr. Pham believes that anyone can be trained to be a great dental assistant, but their personalities cannot be changed. Most of our staff have been with Dr. Pham for many years. Some have been with us since the first day that we opened.
The best complement that we hear from our patients VERY OFTEN is that Ace Dental has the best staff. Our patients usually leave the office with a smile and are happy to pay for our service. Most of our new patients are either referred by their friends or family. We believe that is the best way for us to stay in business.

Dr. Robert Pham was born in Vietnam but moved to the U.S. at the age of 10. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Science from the University of Southern California in 1990. He then atttended dental school at University of Southern California and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1998.
Dr. Pham has private practices in both Las Vegas and Henderson. Since graduating in 1998 Dr. Pham has completed numerous continuing education programs oncosmetic & reconstructive dentistry and orthodontics. He spent 2 years in Progressive Orthodontic Training program participated inmany complex orthodontic cases.By undergoing this training, Dr. Pham has obtained the clinical skills necessary for treating simple to very complex dental problems.Dr. Pham truly believes in investing and keeping up with technology. His office is equipped with the latest equipment such as digital x-rays and intra oral camera where patients can view their teeth before and after treatment. Modern, quality oriented dentistry takes time and a meticulous approach, usingthe best in dental technology, optics, materials and labs.Dr. Phamhopes that this practice stylewillattract patients thatappreciate and share hisphilosophy.
Annette joined our team in 2007 as a front desk assistant. She knows both front and back duties. Sometimes you may see her sitting in the back doing temporaries or adjusting crowns for patients. Annettes biggest asset are her charming personality and positive attitude toward life. She is an expert in helping our patients to maximize their dental benefits. She acts as the liaison between our office and the insurance companies, and she helps to coordinate treatments. Her outgoing personality and ability to multi task are perfect attributes for her career. When Annette is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Barry and their children.
Han has been working with us since the inception of our offices in 2005. She is in charge of staff development and scheduling. Han is married with 3 wonderful children. She enjoys shopping, traveling with her family, reading and cooking in her free time.
Rosa has been working with us since 2006. She is born and raised here in Las Vegas. She loves meeting new people and helping them have the best possible experience at our dental office by making sure all their oral health needs are met. Rosa is very active and spends her spare time playing soccer and keeping up with the busy schedules of her son and daughter.
Anahi joined our practice in 2011 after working at another dental office for 3 years. Her caring, detail-oriented personality ensures that our patients dental health and comfort remain her central focus. Anahi is going to school part-time and hopefully becoming a dentist one day.
Shirley was born and raised in the Philippine. She earned her Doctorate Degree from Manilla Dental School in 1996. She practiced in her solo private office in the Philippine for 7 years before moving to the U.S. She joined our practice in early 2013 and is a wonderful staff. She makes beautiful temporary crowns and dentures. Shirley is married and has one very handsome boy.
Joseph is the youngest member of our team. He moved from Southern California and joined our team in 2013 after working for 3 years at the same practice in Santa Clarita, CA. Joseph is engaged to a beautiful nurse. Joseph is a very hard working and dedicated staff.
Yessica is the newest member of our office. She joined our practice at the beginning of 2014. She was born and raised in Cuba. Yessica graduated from the Havana College of Dentistry in 2010 with a doctorate degree in dentistry. She moved to the U.S. in 2013 and continues working in the field of dentistry. Yessica feels very excited to be a part of Ace Dental team and at the same time working with the latest state of the art dental equipment.
Debbie has been with our practice since 2007. Shes originally from Northern California. Debbie loves building special relationships with our patients, and makes a point to truly know every patient that comes through the doors. She loves helping every patient on their path to improve their overall dental health. She continues her education with annual training to stay ahead of the newest technologies and techniques to provide her patients with the utmost care. Debbie is married with 2 lovely daughters.
