The front desk Cindy is very helpful and accommodative. Dr Reddy is very knowledgeable and does a quick and great job . I'll wait for few months to see if my root canal gives any trouble. One suggestion for improvement is that the prescription could be electronically sent to our pharmacy. May be I did not check that option with Cindy. Update : Dr Reddy and Cindy accommodated me for earliest available appointment for a slot which I missed few weeks back. Visit this clinic, experience their service and thank me later :) Best service is guaranteed!

All in can say is that I am so overjoyed & grateful for Dr. Reddy & her beautiful staff. She is so compassionate about her work and truly loves what she does. Thank you for restoring my smile. I am forever grateful to you!!!

I strongly recommend ACE for your family annual checkups and treatment. My friend referred me and went there though 15 miles from my home. I liked the way my root cannel treatment done and planning to take my kids for annual checkup.

Let me just say this "I literally cried when they handed me the mirror to look at my new smile" I've always had a gap and was ready for a change. I was told by MINT to get braces to close my gap. I have perfect teeth and questioned why should I get braces. My good friend told me about ACE dental (to whom i praised for telling me about Shailaja Reddy. I went in with a gap and came out with no gap feeling more confident about my smile. The team Cindy /Sha were awesome as well everyone had great personalities and were so kind. Let's just say I've switched from MINT to ACE no question ask. And they were very affordable. Thank you ACE you changed my like .

Every time we make an appointment someone Call to confirm a week before, to make sure you're coming... great. But when Saturday come around the VERY DAY of the appointment this other person calls( another person who work on Saturdays and is ready to go home) and ask are you coming Today ??and say you were supposed to be here at 10am when you KNOW YOU MADE THE APPOINTMENT FOR 11AM! On my calendar... not only that , the person confirmed the time a WEEK EARLIER.....Which get you frustrated going back and forth with the person calling AGAIN ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT !!! TO TELL ME...well let me see what the dentist say... just to come back and say come on when you can!!! What's the use of calling me on the day of my appointment ??? It goes to show.. the employees that work here are not on the same page...or DON'T know how to schedule appointments on the calendar! Or just like playing games so, they can't schedule you on an Saturday anymore!!!! So they can go home early! Be ware of this bad BEHAVIOR! Unprofessional! It's ALL ANOUT $$$! I could go further... o would give a zero if I could!

Dr. Reddy and staff are so wonderful and understanding. I have severe dentist anxiety, and they have been nothing but patient and accommodating. Dr. Reddy went out of her way to get me the best option for my teeths longevity, and worked with me on payment details. She really understands the state of the health care system and how dental health is important. I'll be recommending this office to everybody I know! Definitely going to be my primary dentist.

If I could give her 0 stars I would, she gave me stage 5 nerve damage back in 2017. In pain still every day and never will recover.

I found this place from Google and i chose It cause it was close and has good ratings and thank God I did. I have been suffering with tooth pain for over 6 months. I couldn't afford what my primary dentist was requesting for a root canal and i was saving up for it. Until the pain became unbearable, then i just wanted the tooth out! I contact dr Reddy office and they were able to get me in the same week. Saw Dr Reddy and she was so sweet and kind... set me up for a root canal the next week. I was really really anxious and nervous about getting it done. However, her and her dental assistant put me at ease. They were so nice and compassionate and you can really tell that this office is like a little family. Even the receptionist was super nice. Dr Reddy took care of my teeth like no one else has before and my out of pocket was 60% less than what my original dentist was going to bill me. Now I've woken up day after root canal and i am 100 % pain free and my teeth look good! After going to my other dentist for almost 7 years, i have found a new dentist and i will be setting up appt for my kids here too. I want to thank Dr Reddy and her staff for being kind, professional, and making sure that i was calm and comfortable at all times. I am finally free from tooth pain that i had for months and i thank you all so so much. You all are awesome and Dr Reddy did a phenomenal job.

I am a new patient of Dr Reddy's and I've only gone one time but I must say in that one experience I'm quite pleased with the care that I received from everyone. All of her staff are just amazing they're super sweet they make you feel right at home and comfortable and Dr Reddy is just an outstanding dentist I have nothing but great things to say about her she makes your dental care affordable which is a big blessing to me and she does an excellent job she not only filled a tooth for me she made the tooth look better it was shorter than the rest and she just made it look better when I smile and she didn't have to do that I appreciate her noticing that. She did more than what I even expected and hoped that she would do and I'm very pleased she is my new dentist. Thank you Dr Reddy life thank you Dr Reddy and all the stuff God bless you
