Our team has over 200 years of combined experience and averages 10 years individually. Each clinical staff member is proficient in today's latest technologies, techniques, radiology, sterilization, and office safety. Our front office staff has the knowledge to assist you with scheduling, insurance, and billing arrangements, and to provide you with outstanding customer service. Collectively, our team strives to provide energetic, fun-loving and experienced care to each patient.
Dr. Mark Dale, a native of Plymouth, MN, earned his degree in dentistry from Loyola University Dental School. He then completed his specialized residency at the University of Minnesota, where he earned his Masters degree in orthodontics in 1990.
Dr. Mark stays abreast of the latest technological advancements and training in orthodontics by completing more than his required continuing education hours. Furthermore, he is an active member of the following professional organizations:
Dr. Hobday is originally from Shakopee, MN and attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where he graduated with high honors and earned his degree in dentistry. Following two years of specialty training at Marquette University, he received his Masters degree in orthodontics in 1994.
Dr. Hobday completes more than his required number of continuing education hours to stay proficient in the latest innovations of orthodontic theory and techniques. He is also an active member of many professional organizations including:
Dr. Helmich is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree with high honors. He then served for three years as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, practicing as a general dentist in Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA. As a native of Minneapolis, Dr. Helmich returned home for two years of specialty training at the University of Minnesota where he received his Masters degree in Orthodontics.
Through continuing education, Dr. Helmich, stays current with the latest advances in orthodontics and the rapidly changing technology. He is an active member of many top professional groups including:

I've always had great experiences with Accorde. Everyone is always friendly, answer my questions, and keep my visits quick which I really appreciate! Just finished with Invisalign and I love my results. They do an amazing job :)

I would recommend Accorde to any & everyone, they are fantastic! The people are the best! We felt comfortable the second we walked in. They almost make going to the ortho fun!! They have free video games for the kids, water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate...etc., they go over the top to make sure each patient (& parent) is happy & comfortable no matter what they're being seen for. Highly recommended.

I don't ever write bad reviews, because I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt and believe everyone has bad days. However, I am absolutely astonished at the lack of compassion, professionalism and tact I encountered at this clinic. I have had a bonded retainer on my upper teeth for over twenty years, with zero problems. The reason I have had this bonded retainer is because my two front teeth are loose, so this is an attempt to keep them stable as long as possible. This bonded retainer recently broke, and needed to be repaired, within days there was a space between my teeth due to the breaking of the retainer. I met with the doctor and care coordinator to discuss what my options were and explained I was fully willing to pay whatever/do whatever was needed to fill the space in order to perfect my smile again and ultimately have a new bonded retainer placed. It was VERY obvious the doctor was not interested in helping me because I needed a small repair, and not $8000 braces. The doctor explained that he was unwilling to repair the bonded retainer and that I will just have to wear a clear retainer all day everyday. Obviously wearing a retainer that barely allows me to talk normal 24/7 is not an option. I explained this to the doctor and he said I should just let my teeth move to where they move to. I also explained that I am unable to wear the clear retainer all of the time due to the swelling and sores I get in my mouth from my lupus- he shrugged his shoulders. I went on to explain that I was well aware that I was going to eventually need implants on my front two teeth, and I would much rather live comfortably with my real teeth for 8 years, versus possibly maintain the integrity of the teeth for longer if I let them go crooked. I am unable to even bite a piece of toast due to my tooth being loose, and it hurts terribly, so none of this made any sense to me. The doctors logic.... I don't want to bond your teeth because the other teeth will be hitting a tooth that's not moving and that could accelerate losing your front teeth/needing implants. Oh! Ok.... So let's let me live miserably, thinking about my front teeth continually instead..... but don't forget they were bonded this way for 20+ years without a single issue. More "logic" let's let your tooth move to where it moves to- and then pull it back into place every night when you put your retainer in... so your tooth gets even more loose from being moved constantly and this will surely make it fall out sooner too. Great, thanks doc! I will live in pain, deal with a level of fear everyday, inconvenience with no ability to bite into anything and a very crooked smile because "my teeth may not last as long" aka I'm not spending $8000 with you. The best part.... As he exited the room quickly with zero compassion.... He told me he was "sure another orthodontist would probably do what I was asking for." Integrity, ethics and your promises to help people as a doctor clearly goes out the window when you anticipate a low profit patient. I will absolutely be spreading the word to make sure no one else's level of care is based on the amount of money they are going to put in your pocket.

My fiance and I have both loved our experiences so far with our invisalign and braces treatment at the Rogers office. Both Dr. Hobday and Dr. Mark have taken the time to answer any of our questions/concerns and have really made us feel comfortable along the way. I believe that they make sure to go above and beyond for each patient and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Luke & Morgan

We have absolutely loved our experience at Accorde. We are on our 2nd daughter with braces with Accorde. The entire office is friendly and very informative, especially our favorite face, Morgan. I love the familiarity when you walk through the door.

Highly recommend! Found Dr. Mark Dale more than 15 years ago when no other orthodontist knew what to do with my class 3 underbite and crossbite! Others wanted to give me jaw surgery! He fixed my teeth with 2 years of braces. After 15+ years my retainer broke and I returned to get it fixed this year. So grateful for my still perfect smile thanks to Dr. Mark Dale!!!
