Our team has over 200 years of combined experience and averages 10 years individually. Each clinical staff member is proficient in today's latest technologies, techniques, radiology, sterilization, and office safety. Our front office staff has the knowledge to assist you with scheduling, insurance, and billing arrangements, and to provide you with outstanding customer service. Collectively, our team strives to provide energetic, fun-loving and experienced care to each patient.
Dr. Mark Dale, a native of Plymouth, MN, earned his degree in dentistry from Loyola University Dental School. He then completed his specialized residency at the University of Minnesota, where he earned his Masters degree in orthodontics in 1990.
Dr. Mark stays abreast of the latest technological advancements and training in orthodontics by completing more than his required continuing education hours. Furthermore, he is an active member of the following professional organizations:
Dr. Hobday is originally from Shakopee, MN and attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where he graduated with high honors and earned his degree in dentistry. Following two years of specialty training at Marquette University, he received his Masters degree in orthodontics in 1994.
Dr. Hobday completes more than his required number of continuing education hours to stay proficient in the latest innovations of orthodontic theory and techniques. He is also an active member of many professional organizations including:
Dr. Helmich is a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where he earned his DDS degree with high honors. He then served for three years as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, practicing as a general dentist in Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA. As a native of Minneapolis, Dr. Helmich returned home for two years of specialty training at the University of Minnesota where he received his Masters degree in Orthodontics.
Through continuing education, Dr. Helmich, stays current with the latest advances in orthodontics and the rapidly changing technology. He is an active member of many top professional groups including:

We are on our second child having braces at Accorde. Staff is friendly and talk to my 8 and 11 year old so they understand what is going on. They also explain everything they do before they do it.

I had a consult for my son at Accord Orthodontist in Albertville today. It's was a great experience from the first phone call to registration and the consult! Lori and Dr Hobday helped us during our consult. They were very informative and engaging with my son and his two little sisters. I recognized Lori from when I went Accord as a child! It was a good feeling knowing my son is in good hands with them. Thanks again Accord Team!!

We have 2 daughters that have done Invisalign with Accorde Orthodontics. Their teeth look great and our service along the way has been excellent! All the staff we encountered were polite, helpful and great to work with. Communication of terms was clear and easily understood. We had such a great experience my wife is considering it for herself!

Front the first time we walked through the door we were treated like VIP clients. The service level is second to none and Dr. Dale is honest, easy to understand and extremely professional. The technicians are warm, engaging, fast and gentle with patients and nd the front desk team can't be beat.

Front desk/ scheduling staff are friendly and very helpful. Dr Mark is great at what he does with results to prove it. Our second child is working with Accorde now and we will definitely return with child #3.
