A School-Based Health Clinic (SBHC), also referred to as an SBC, is a regular medical clinic located on a school campus. Each one is staffed with a receptionist, a nurse (LPN), and a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or physician. SBCs provide the exact same medical services as our regular clinics.

The purpose of an SBC is to allow students, faculty, and staff to stay at school as much as possible, which maximizes learning, instruction time, and productivity. Not only that, but parents/guardians dont have to leave work, pick up the student from school, drive to the doctor, wait to be seen, drop the student off at school, and then drive back to work. Taking advantage of the school clinic saves parents valuable leave time, which can be better spent on even more valuable family time later on. Extra day at the beach, anyone?

Parents/Guardians are always welcome to accompany the student to their visit. Simply inform the nurse or receptionist that you want to be present. When you arrive on campus, be sure to check-in at the school office before proceeding to the clinic.

*The Patient Care Summary is a document that includes:the day/time of visit, reason for visit,vital signs (height, weight, temp, BP, & pain scale), active problems, allergies, medication list (including meds prescribed at the current visit), current diagnosis, procedures, treatment plan, and other valuable info.

An email address is required to register for all online services. If you are a parent/guardian and you want online access to your childs health record, simply give us your email address and we will register you as an authorized family member in your childs account.

I have had dental work done before and was satisfied! But I got a crown and had to pay, half up front, then paid in full , before it was put on . They put it on and it stayed a few days ,got a appointment to get it put back on ,and I had it on about an hour it came off ! I called them Made a appointment went back in ,another dentist examined it and told me it shouldn't had ever been put on , I should have had a root canal ! (?) I'm not a dentist ! You're other dentist made that decision, I have not received my money back ! I have called talked to several people from that office on up to a lady name Alean (not sure of the right spelling ,I think she's from the Tupelo Ms office I have been promised they would call back , no call back then I was told I could have a root canal but I would have to pay the full amount , Wait what about your mistake trying to put a crown on where a root canal was needed ? So this is where I'm at right now with COVID the office was closed for a good while , I can understand that , but Making a mistake and making me pay for it ? I'm on a fixed income, and I just don't see how I should have to pay for the clinics mistake ! I don't like to make bad reviews but in this case I've feel like I have been really taken advantage off !( UP DATE) Well needless to say this is Oct 29,2022 they never called me back went to small claims court, of course, I lost seeing that from what I was told the Director of the clinic owns another business in that town a feed store, farm supply something like that or has a position in it ! and before I could get out the door of the court room they were saying how sorry they were again,Uh huh right, well if you want to pay every time you sit down in the chair to get half your teeth cleaned, then pay another office fee to come back and get the other side done ! Then go there. I had to pay extra for the gas they used on me ! I don't want to go back it is far away from any hospital and if you had a problem like an allergy or something to the numbing meds it would be really unnerving and scary !

My first visit I was given little examination. Have a gold tooth on my front, it has worn and it cuts the inside of my upper lip. Which keeps my mouth very sore. I paid $100 and was told must pay half when the temporary crown was applied and in 2 weeks the other half when the permanent crown was done. Called a couple days before my September appointment And said the doctor is not doing crown anymore. So I asked about I have the receipt of my payment.my refund. I was told I filed the request however the refund comes for main office. This has been over 30 days without the refund. Called today gave a disconnected number ( 651-8101). The $100 has caused me to face electric to be turned off because I shave a fixed income of $700 A mpnth sore. Dr. Looked at it and filed the raised gold fown. But you can see the

I had to have a few teeth removed and they honestly are the best. I have never been so happy to see a dentist. They are amazing and i felt no pain. I was always afraid of the dentist until I came here. They really are just amazing. Thank you for everything.
