Just had a upper moler extracted and it was the best ever no pain at all the dentist and staff are excellent and will take care of you , I'll be going back for all my future needs

Check in was a bit sketchy, I have insurance and inquired about an estimate, since I have a copay. I was told they couldn't tell me. They x-rayed and did an exam. I was not at all impressed, I was told all they could do for me was refer me to an oral surgeon. I waited several months and the oral surgeon 's office called and said that after reviewing my records that I did not need his services as it was something the regular dentist could handle. So, I made another appointment with Dr. Hunter P. and was told he would not be able to handle it... Really? Ok. I will not be returning to ACCESS and BTW, I ended up paying well over $200 for him to look at the x-ray and refer me somewhere else, who bounced me back to regular dentist. SMH When you find a great dentist don't try to cut corners and go cheaper, they can literally ruin your teeth, in my opinion .

Was an emergency appointment, not a single soul in the lobby and have been told it will be a 4 hour wait. What a joke.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out by the young male Dentist and he was the worst cruel dentist i have ever encountered. I got 3 wisdom teeth removed and he didnt prescribe any pain meds. I got a double dry socket and was in agony, i came back and he mercilessly told me he wont prescribe me anything at all bc his research shows that ibuprofen makes you heal better. I dont care about his research everyone i have talked to 20+ had no issues getting meds after wisdom teeth or any teeth being extracted. My stomach is still in pain from all the ibuprofen i was taking. I just wouldn't ever go back here and they have bugs too. Worst dentist ever. I didnt even catch his name. Update his name is Conner Paustian the only dentist that will rip teeth out of your skull and not prescribe pain meds.

This guy does not care about his patients at all my wife had 3 wisdom teeth removed and was in excruciating pain from it he literally said get over it and take ibuprofen you'll be fine she she hadn't ate or sleep in 3 day because of it and finally had to just go to the er to get help do not go here

Dentist and assistant did a wonderful job with my daughter. Very helpful and told me the whole process of her procedure. Made sure she was completely comfortable as well. Everyone is very nice and they are bilingual in English and Spanish.

These guys are the best around! I have had two teeth extracted and they did it effortlessly both times. Very pleased. They do a lot of good for the community and they helped me with financial assistance. It cost me 30 dollars for each extraction through their financial assistance. They are true life savers. And they have a ray gun!

Update: New dentist is also great. Pulled my last wisdom tooth. No pain. No problems. Assistant was also so kind. Great staff and dentist.

Dr.P was kind caring and patient. I paid my low wage amount of 30.00. he removed all my teeth. Wasn't told my low wage personage would have to pay $1200.00 for a pair of dentures. How is it reasonable to charge full price for dentures when every other time there I've paid 30 bux a visit. The ladies up front do not care at all. The customer service people hate their customers. Guess I'll be toothless forever. Sidney Ball.

The dentist is very nice and does great work pulling and filling teeth and the staff is great! I've come to this particular dental office 3 times and everyone is always so nice!

The staff lacks important communication skills among them selves and with their patients. Constantly changing appointments without notifying patients. Sense they are the only income based dentist in Carthage, customer service isn't a priority for them. The dentist on the other hand are great!
