Dr. Hashimoto was raised in Hilo, Hawaii and received his Bachelor 's Degree in Biology at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in 1988. He completed his Certificate in Prosthodontics from the Marquette University Graduate School in 1990. During his time as a Prosthodontist, he grew more passion for the field of dentistry and wanted to broaden his education. In 2002, he graduated with a Certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Science Degree from the Marquette University Graduate School. He has since been given the 'America 's Most Honored Professionals' award for continuous professional recognition- an accomplishment realized by the Top 10% of American Professionals. Dr. Hashimoto is not only sought after for his knowledge in the dental field, but for his caring and welcoming demeanor. Root canals arehis specialty in meeting countless satisfied smiles. He holds the academic rank of Clinical Professor and is the Director of the Predoctoral Program in Endodontics at Marquette University 's School of Dentistry. In addition to being a full time faculty member, he also practices at both Mukwonago Endodontics and Access Endodontics in Brookfield. His passion and dedication to the field iscontagious.
Sheila E. Stover, D.D.S., M.S., M.P.H.Dr. Sheila Stover received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in 1993. She attended the Marquette University School of Dentistry for dental school, an advanced education in general dentistry residency program and a graduate program in endodontics. Sheila received her DDS, AEGD Certificate, MS and Endodontic Specialty Certificate in 1997, 1998 and 2003 respectively. Dr. Stover attended the Medical College of Wisconsin to receive her Masters in Public Health degree in 2008. She enjoys time with family and friends, spending time with their 2 dogs, playing guitar and fishing.

If you need a root canal this is the place to go. Dr Hashimoto and Dr Stover will take care of you. I have had root canals done by both of them and didn"t feel a thing. The staff is wonderful also. They take care of you and treat you good. They make you feel comfortable. I would recommend them highly.

1st I didn't appreciate big geese every where and not knowing if they bite and wouldn't get out of my vehicle. 2nd the dentist and his helper stood behind me talking as tho I was not there. I honestly think they don't know if I need a root canal or not. I don't plan to go back. If I don't need one they won't know until they drill it open. I am sure if I don't I will still be charged to be sent back to the dentist. The dentist that sent me also isn't sure. Reading about root canals tells me they should beable to see on x-rays if a person needs one or not.

Dr. Sheila Stover is one of the best endodontist around. Her credentials are by far one of the best in the area and her approach and bedside manner is outstanding. I went for my first ever root canal and she took the time to explain the process in addition to supporting me throughout the procedure. If you are seeking expert service this is the place and she is the Dr.!

I usually do not write reviews of places like this but I feel compelled to do so after having two poor experiences with this office. To make it short, I feel that their "bedside manner" is lacking greatly. They did not do anything to make sure I felt comfortable or at ease or welcome at their facility. The first time I went here I mentioned how freezing cold the room was and the staff completely ignored me. I was dressed in layers already and had my winter coat draped over me as a blanket because that is how cold I was. These appointments are around three hours long so to be shivering cold and uncomfortable for that length was miserable. Another time I was scheduled for a 10:30 am appointment and I arrived around 10:20am to be told they were running late and to go and sit in my car until 11am when they would be ready for me. I'm sorry but when I am paying $1000+ for this service I don't feel it is too much to ask for a phone call if they are running behind. The overall attitude and cold demeanor of the staff is not welcoming and for this reason I will not be coming back and I will not be recommending anyone that I know to come here either.

I've received 3 emergency root canals from Dr. Stover within the last 2 months. She promptly fit me into her schedule each time. She was caring, considerate and I was completely satisfied. Also, the staff is wonderful! Highly recommended.

I went for a root canal evaluation just yesterday, I arrived 15min early, and was greeted with a smile. Very good first impression. I then waited for about 45 minutes, till I was called in. Every other place I have been to acknowledged and apologized for my long wait, when I had to wait that long, this place did not. First impressions are everything. I will not go back, or refer anyone to this place. Dont let my experience stop you, I cant comment on the quality of dental care, since I didnt receive any. I was in the chair for about 10 minutes. Good Luck to you, I hope your experience is better than mine was.

Great experience! Friendly staff, Dr answered all of my questions, clean facilities, no pain. I've had a handful of root canals over the past 10 years. I've gotten 2 root canals here and it was the best experience I've ever had. I was able to get an appointment quickly and was very comfortable through the procedure. They do quality work!

Excellent Patient care! Walked in and was greeted by very kind staff & was able to have a cup of coffee and read good magazines while I waited to be seated. Might I add I was seated within 1 minute of sitting down! The doctor was so kind and gentle and her assistant was just as nice. I will go to Access Endodontics for all my root canal needs!
