I have some serious dental phobia, but the staff here are so kind and helpful. The procedure went quickly and smoothly and despite initial pain, I was able to go to work the next day with no pain medication! Thank you to the wonderful staff here, you helped me push through my fear

Access Endodontics has the best staff EVER! Everybody is so nice and knowledgeable. Scheduling with them was easy and clear. I just had a root canal done by Dr. Bonnie Retamozo. She is incredible. I was very nervous going into my first root canal procedure but she was right there to explain everything to me. She was gentle, kind, and did a fantastic job. If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. Thank you Access Endodontics!!

Second time coming here. The staff is incredibly kind and considerate and Dr. Sprague is very knowledgeable. Felt no discomfort during my root canal and there was great communication throughout. I wish I'd have taken better care of my teeth when I was younger, but Dr. Sprague is excellent at fixing the mistakes I made. Thank you again!

Dr. Sprague and the rest of the team at Access worked with me to get me a root canal procedure in the very limited time that I had available for my treatment, and I'm very grateful to them for it. The procedure itself was a breeze - as pleasant as an RCT can be. I was given reassuring updates throughout the procedure, and put me completely at ease. A month after my procedure, and my teeth remain happily problem-free.

I was nervous to have root canal. I have had bad experiences when I was younger at a general dentist. This was the best dental visit I've ever had. If you need a root canal, I wouldn't go anywhere but here. Trust me it's worth the drive. I was in and out pretty quickly. I even got a nice blanket while they did the procedure. Everyone was really nice and I left feeling much better and well taken care of.

Just got done with Dr Sprague and it was another pleasant visit they took care of me so well I wish his office was more than just endodontics, he would be a great pcp but thank you to Access Endodontics and like I said before anyone in maine need a root canal this is the place to go Thanks Access 10-26-22 Had a appointment for a route canal today August12th 2021, the people there were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The Dr Sprague and his Assistant Heather were great, did not feel a thing while he was working on my tooth. I would reccomend to anyone who needs a route canal to get in touch with Access Endodontics a very pleaseant Experience

I've had 2 root canal with Dr Retamozo and she is amazing! Absolutely no pain. Followed up with Tylenol the day of and was good to go the next day. Would only go here in the future.

Dr Sprague and his team were wonderful. Had a root canal and Dr Sprague was very gentle. Never had any pain in the "thaw " and no pain from the root canal. Highly recommend them.

I went in for a root canal that was causing an extreme amount of pain. They fit me in last second and stayed past closing hours just to help me. I've heard some scary stories regarding root canals and they explained everything and the whole process took only an hour with no pain!! I'm so thankful to everyone there!

I'm a local dentist in Brunswick and I had a problem with my tooth yesterday. I called up Dr Spraque's office and they got me in right away and took care of my tooth. Dr Spraque is absolutely amazing! His quality and compassion towards his work was evident from the moment I sat in his chair until I left his office. He fixed my tooth using a surgical microscope and his attention to detail was clearly evident. I've been to many dentists in my life and also being a dentist I give Dr Spraque a 5 Star Rating!! If you need a Root Canal and are nervous or anxious look no further. Dr Spraque will make you feel at ease and his Root Canal Treatments are Second to none!! They clearly understand the concept of "We Cater to Cowards!" Thank you Dr Spraque and Ingrid for a very pleasurable dental experience. You did a great job on my tooth and I also want to thank everyone at the front desk also for making everything happen so smoothly. You all are super friendly and very professional!! You guys are the best and now I personally know what my patients have been telling me that Access Endo is the Best!!! Thanks again, Dr Bob

I had an infected tooth and I saw my dentist mid afternoon and was referred to aces endodontics. Staff ended up staying a lot later than operating hours to perform a root canal. While I wish I didn't have to have a root canal I am thankful that they were able to accommodate me that day just as I was in a lot of discomfort. Thank you!

My entire experience with Access Endodontics was wonderful; reception staff patient and kind when I called and asked questions prior to scheduling my appointment, they called me ahead of my appointment with a breakdown of my insurance costs and patient fees so that I had no financial surprises, I arrived on-time and they saw me on-time, office and exam room were serene and calming, and Dr. Sprague and all his staff were highly attentive, respectful, and caring - and even though Dr. Sprague was running a little behind schedule he never once made me feel rushed during the exam or while we went over my treatment options. Highly recommended!

so here's the thing, obviously no one on the history of the earth ever wants to get a root canal. after my root canal here this week, i can say that should i ever need another one, i would gladly go back here. the office took my referral 24 hours after my dentist had called it in, and scheduled the procedure 2 days later after my initial visit. the staff is warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. maggie and dr sprague are a great team, its clear that they do this all day every day, and they did an incredible job. my pain level immediately was diminished after the procedure, and by that evening it was gone. the office gives a follow up call 24 hrs later which is really appreciated. from beginning to end and all points in between, this was a great experience, how many people say that about a root canal? thanks to access for a great experience!

Dr.Sprague and the staff were superb! I can't recommend them highly enough. I was an administrator at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center and am certainly sensitive to how a practice responds to patient issues. I had a particularly painful infection resulting in a root canal. He explained exactly what he was doing during the short procedure. He also called me at home during the weekend to check on my pain levels which had originally been significant. He prescribed a course of treatment that solved the situation and made sure I was doing well. The empathy and concern by the doctor and staff reflects the type of values I would like to see in all medical practices. Thank you Dr. Sprague and staff!

Yesterday I had a root canal done by Dr. Sprague. I'm terrified of all things dental, but Dr. Sprague and his staff were wonderful treating me. It was essentially a pain free process and saved a too molar for me. I would highly recommend Access Endodontics.

well i went for a root canal ao i can hardly say i liked it but so far so good my tooth feels ok. the dentists were very good and it went quicker than they anticipated.

This is a truly great practice. Literally everyone I dealt with for my visit (I needed emergency care while traveling) went out of their way to be helpful, kind and friendly. Dr. Sprague was knowledgeable and ethical in his advice and treatment. He solved my problem and have me great guidance for future care. And did not overcharge me, even though they saw me quite suddenly. Top notch! And I'm very grateful.
