They take you in that day or next, 10 min wait or less before being seen. They want to save you money not TAKE your money! They are personable and funny! You feel like family there! Also never once had any complications during or after the work was done. They go above and beyond! They care!

I got a call to confirm my daughter appointment the day before her appointment date but when we showed up in the rain at the facility they were closed with no courtesy call notifying us that they were going to be closed. In future references please do not schedule any appointments for closing time if the facility is going to be closed at that time because parents take off of work to make sure appointments are fulfilled.

They moved a couple of doors down and the new office is nice. New staff is amazing. Very welcoming and definitely and upgrade. Most importantly, they did excellent work on my teeth.

Where do I even start? First, this place seems very understaffed. There's one main dentist and may be two assistances; they're all running around the office trying to treat 4 different patients at the same time. No doubt they've botched some people's teeth. The durations and dedication for cleanings varies depending on their energy levels, I guess. No way can you properly clean 32 teeth in 3 minutes. The waiting time can take anywhere from 20 minutes to what feels like a lifetime. I was surprised that their main bathroom was clean, though. As always, beware of cavity diagnosis from ANY dentist. They'll drill your teeth, then drill your wallet. Never let a dentist pressure you into a procedure that you may not fully understand or feel comfortable. Patients have to take a level of responsibility for their healthcare, though. Yes, teeth are a part of health care. Overall, my experience here was mildly annoying, but competent. To the staff, upgrade your office, hire more employees, and get new furniture. Come on, there are so *many* stores in the area!
