The people that work there are great. Pricing seemed it was something together they just made up in there heads. Still think they need zero stars. I did a deal that I saw on Facebook the $35 exam. This is without insurance they charged me about $50 dollars to clean my teeth and all they did was the scaler and polish no flossing. They told me I had a cavity and didn't show me. So that cost me more I kinda felt pressured to get it done. My $35 dollar visit turned into a $500 something visit. No paperwork of what they did to take home and they also didn't tell me when I could eat something after that did the filling. I was not impressed by this place. Not coming back ever. I know someone that went there and they had 2 "cavities" and had no insurance and paid $400 dollars for there visit. Something just didn't feel right the moment the exam was over the vibes were off. Adding more....they also forgot to tell me what I couldn't do after the filling they were ready to schedule a six month appointment.

I loved the experience that I had at this place , they treated my son with respect an patience , the front desk is very polite an very helpful in explaining the treatment plan to me , the back dental assistants had the patience to help calm my sons nerves . I will most definitely recommend this place to my family an friends an will be back soon! I am very pleased with the service we received

I desperately needed dentures. There are no words to describe how WONDERFUL my experience with Access Dental is with Dr.Dao and his staff! Greeted with respect, dignity and a deep desire to provide the best possible care for their patients and their many, diverse needs. Fitting dentures to an individual is quite a daunting challenge to say the least. Patience, persistents and perseverance is what it takes with each individual and Dr. Dao and staff come through with flying colors! Alway's warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work may have been needed! My gratitude for Dr. Dao and staff goes beyond the stars! There is no other dentist I would go to or recommend! When you find the best, you keep it!

Access dental was very professional, the front and back office had different options for everything that I needed, you can tell the Doctor really cares about the work he produces and about his reputation as a provider, 10 out of 10 would recommend again.

Love this place! Not referring about the building necessarily but it's entire staff! This is the most respectful group of dental professionals I have ever been served by, ever! Being an event planner by trade, I completely understand how important customer service is from the consumer stand point; and how necessary true professionalism has to exist from the public figure stand point. This team has it all! As I visited for a family reunion two months ago, I had a small dental emergency which, had it not been taken care of it could've ended in something really serious. From the moment I entered the doors to the time I left the clinic, I was treated as if I had been a VIP patient! One thing I noticed is how respectful the staff is with one another, and how their supervision is there front line with them... felt really good to know afterwards that who first greeted me and checked me in was indeed the management team! What a fantastic group of professionals! A+!!!

Upon arrival, the building looked very clean and I was greeted by very nice people. Everyone was so helpful when I asked questions about my procedure. Overall a great visit and will come again !

The Staff are very friendly and very helpful!! I have nothing but great things to say Dr. Dao is really great at what he does, makes going to the dentist less nerve racking. Come see us for all your dental needs!

WOOOOW..... I have to say it's never is usually a good time at the dentist office, but at Access Dental the staff was nice and helpful, allot of terminology they have in the dental world and someone who is terrified of the dentist the Doctor was great explained everything to me very clean establishment, they follow up with you and treat you like family, I'll definitely recommended people here, and I'll be back for the future work. Thanks again to the helpful staff at ACCESS DENTAL!!

Until very recent I never thought I'd consider rating this clinic but after my last two appointments I can't deny I've noticed a 180 degree turn for the better. From the outstanding dental care to the amazing personalized customer service this place is the best choice for your dental care. As a business owner myself I feel confident saying that this place's management is doing something right! Recommended!

Very nice, well kept establishment. Workers are kind and they don't make a possible bad situation worse. Had a small issue with an extraction but they did everything they could to help without any issues. I would come back again & again.
