The following review below is intended for all individuals who are considering Access Dental. My experience with Access Dental personally as a walk-in was great. I had previously gone to another provider and didn't feel as though I was able to connect. More so, it felt as if I was just another number to their production line. It had been awhile that I had gone to a dentist and honestly I was quite nervous with what to expect. After thoroughly reviewing a list of selected providers I decided to follow through with Access Dental. Upon calling I immediately was impressed by the staffs professionalism. There was a minimal wait time and was made to feel valued rather than "just a number". I have to thank the staff, management, and dentist (Dr.Jed) for providing a safe and timely service, as well as taking the time to communicate with me what areas of concerns . In all honesty I was nervous about the cost of the treatment plan, but working with Access Dental I didn't feel confused about what was considered necessary or priority. I ultimately was given a thorough breakdown which in turn allowed me to receive dental treatment with ease.

Attention anyone and everyone who's shopping for a cosmetic dentist my name is Aja fawn Walters ...on January of 2020 to December 2020 I made the tragic mistake of entrusting Dr jed etc ...who works at McAllen Dental Care whom i later discovered are in kahoots with this company by the name of Harlingen family dentistry red flag everyone these insurance people used to be called Delta dental I now know why these companies change their name's... Is national association of medical and dental here's my story..I initially went in for a broke crown and I paid a pretty penny for Xtra crowns..they removed two of my teeth that were perfectly fine ..did a root canal that wasn't needed..I expressed my concerns..but somehow this very persuasive and cunning man convinced me all that , was necessary It needed to be done in order to proceed with the fixing of the initial broken crown that was the only problem I had along with a gun infection.. everything was just so confusing that by the time I knew it they had ALREADY made a mess of my mouth I'm out my money and I'm off to see a new dentist who will be giving me proof of all the problems that I'm now dealing with..like My veneer popping out twice in my sleep !! very embarrassing..I ended up with gum recession from a tooth extraction...I am now extremely sensitive to cold water and hot...I found out by my new Professional Dentist that I was to have been sent to a periodontist instead I was sent to Dr Nunez at the harlingen family dentistry and he's a maxillofacial dentist.. I come to find out they all network together... They are all In cahoots like pigs in the same blanket greedy people unethical unprofessional narcissistic people I was treated like a number!!upon my initial grievance to both the dentist who botched me and my insurance who referred me to the list of these Doctors that take their insurance...I was told that they would return $700 for the veneer I was not satisfied with their offer!!! I am humiliated and sad...I was angry at first but mostly I'm scared when I eat and am now sleeping with a mouth guard every night..these fraudulent people are supposed to help us acquire beautiful smiles and all they did was steal MINE!! and the sad AND VERY tragic thing about ALL THIS ..THAT IS STILL HAPPENING TO ME...IS that MY face and my body is my money maker I make videos to promote..I trusted them to fix a minor issue turnned a major painful experience I'm forced to live with.. until I CAN GATHER UP THE $ TO HIRE A REAL PROFESSIONAL ETHICAL DENTIST TO FIX THE MESS THEY MADE OF MY MOUTH I AM CURRENTLY TALKING TO A LAWYER I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED ON MY CASE IN THE MEANTIME SHOPPERS BE WARNED GOD BLESS YOU AND BE SAFE SINCERELY AJA FAWN WALTERS .

Don't go to this office stay away!! Had a very bad experience with this office, they kept emailing me about another patient, also calling. I call saying is was not that person, then said the information was true of what I was saying, they kept helping other people, going in circles, very un professional. Can believe people can be so unprofessional and the Dr. puts up with this. Even the Manager Elizabeth had no patience and was not good at all in helping me, they hire this stupid people (all receptionist) who play with their patients helping others no the patient. If I could give no starst I would.

Dr Antolin is absolutely the best. He helped me get over my fear of dentists. If you have been afraid or even embarrassed because of the condition of your teeth, Dr Antolin will make that all go away. Please do yourself a favor and stop by..

Worst experience ever. My fillings remain painful to date. One filling isn't even 6 months old and cracked.

I got my root canal done here and It was fast and easy. VERY AFFORDABLE.I had walked out of another dentist office because I felt the price was way too much. Luckily I can here. Will be getting my work done here along with my families from now on.

Very friendly and professional. Make you feel like family. I took my mom for fillings and they explained the whole procedure in great detail. So that my mom knew what to expect. I highly recommend McAllen Dental Care to all
