This office seems illegal. I requested a refund back due to a mistake the clerk made and a misunderstanding. The manager Maria sent a fax requesting a refund of a portion of my payment. I have yet to receive my refund after waiting two weeks. Which is delaying my dental work. There is not corporate number for this company and the call center that answers their calls are not knowledgeable and they lie about not having the number of someone in management. This make me wonder is anyone certified to work in this office. I want my refund ASAP.

Lied about putting cement on a crown and they are price gouging $1900.00 for one crown,no description on bill for services performed.

There's a new dentist at this location. The first dentist was great. She moved to Virginia Beach Florida. So sad! Hoping to meet to meet him. I'm told he Dr. Arande! Exercise my misspelling.

Hi my name is DAVE BEAN and I'm sharing my experience at Access Dental first of all it was a horrible experience my first appointment was March 8th 2022 that was pretty much me telling him what I needed done and the dentist telling me how much the services would cost. They over charged me because I'm of age they took advantage of me. They extracted 2 teeth and charged me a whooping 1454.39 ridiculous, and I was suppose to get a set of teeth top and bottom partical and that never happened. Overall I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

BUTCHER! I've been to the dentist a hundred times in my life and I have never experienced the level of trauma, stress, PAIN and incompetence I experienced at access dental. I was continuously gagged, drowned, scraped, and gouged I was abandoned in the chair at one point for what I was told would be eight minutes, but was actually almost an hour. The facility itself is dirty and unkept. I will never return and would never recommend Access Dental to anyone. One star because I can't leave less.

They'd rather let you suffer than take 5 minutes out of their Friday to write a prescription for antibiotics. DO NOT RECCOMMEND.

I had seven crowns done was done in timely matter. Very clean and professional the dental assistant Nadia Tompkins was very professional. And made sure to explain everything that was going on and answer all the questions I had

Son had his wisdom teeth pulled, everything went well the only drawback was waiting for his prescription meds to be filled. He's up and about a day later, the ladies there were nice.

Dr. Irondi is a great Doctor. I got an extraction and I did not feel any pain, it was a fast procedure. Gracie is such a sweet assistant made me feel comfortable through out the whole procedure. Front desk staff are also so sweet and helped me with my paper work.

I had my wisdom tooth pulled here, the doctor had it out in just a couple of minutes! I had the pleasure of having Nadia prep me for the process and she did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable! Lydia also helped me with my treatment plan, she was super helpful and professional!

The staff and the dentist are very nice and very helpful, the office is very clean and I really had the best experience with the service provided to me..... I recommend La Costa Dental to anyone.... Thank you guys so much... I will definitely come back.....

The dental hygenist was very knowledgeable and sweet. The dentist however was horrible. Never went over my xrays, didn't explain anything. Just asked a few questions about my teeth in the most condescending manner. Jabbed me with the syringe! Had to re-do his work. Then just skated out of the room with a "Have a happy day." Sir- WHAT?! THEN the best part is the cross contamination in the middle of a pandemic. They put on gloves then touch door knobs, equipment, chairs, THEN want to touch your mouth.
