Waited 45 minutes past my appointment time for a receptionist to incorrectly try to take X rays of my mouth she had zero idea what she was doing and I was in so much pain. Dr Patel has ZERO bed side manner. So bothered and annoyed to be there she gave me about 2 minutes of her time before walking off for me to not see her again. For the few minutes Dr Patel was present she was being very condescending when I mentioned I hadn't had a cleaning in over 8 years. The over all vibe is definitely how many people can we over schedule VS quality of care. The prices without insurance are not that much more affordable. Find a different place please and believe any bad reviews about Dr Patel. ***Honorable mention*** Not one person verified my address or phone number or asked to see my ID They gave my a prescription with a completely wrong address and someone else's phone number

This dentist is a scam artist. I was told I would be getting a cleaning for $85 on the phone. When I arrived they said it would be $350. They also charged me $35 even though I did not receive my cleaning.

I had my exam with Dr. Patel and she was very thorough in her exam and explaining treatment plan in detail. She took photographs of my cavities and used that to explain in detail. I would recommend her as a dentist to anyone. Staff was amazing who was assisting her during my exam process. I am going back for my 6 months appt.

I had all wisdom teeth extraction with Dr. Patel and I did not feel any of her shots. She took good care of me before and after my treatment. She even personally called me after hours to check on me how am I doing. Her assistants explained after care to my parents. I would highly recommend her for dental care.

update 6/3/22: this visit was on 3/10/22. to make matters worse they put in a false claim saying they cleaned my uppers and now my dentist office cant use my insurance. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. story: Another office who barely looks at you and over diagnoses. I have only had 2 cavities in my life and they said I had 10. I got another opinion and yeah it wasn't cavities. The dentist didn't even look at me and a quick Deep cleaning on my bottom and they barely did anything. The second opinion even questioned what they did. Now they used up my insurance and I have to contest access's work so I can finally get my teeth cleaned. Also, getting records from them is a nightmare. System is down, I've had to call them literally 3 times across 3 days. Avoid at all costs, it'll literally cost you more money and questionable quotes and dental care.

I give the front desk staff and schedulers a 1 star because every time I call to schedule my follow ups I always ask for Dr. Swami and they always try to give me funky attitude Patel. I've been coming here for years for Dr Swami ONLY!!!! I have to correct these little girls working up front every time because they take it upon themselves to move my appointment without my consent to Patel when Dr. Swami is out of town or cancels her appointments for the day I'm already scheduled. like no I will be more than happy to reschedule for Dr. Swami she is a 5 doctor.
